This trip was fantastic! Everything was well organized starting with an on time hotel picks. We were dropped off and picked up at entrance for Chichén Itzá, had some time to take photos on our own, then our guide, Miguel, walked us around and gave us some history. Lunch was also well organized. We were given the menu on the van, the food was ordered ahead, and shortly after sitting at our table, the food arrived. It was great! The Cenote was a treat! We arrived punctually at our hotel at 5pm. I would do another tour with Mexico Kan. Our driver, Ernesto, and guide Miguel, were great!

Cesar and Arturo were fantastic! Cesar was very knowledgeable about Mayan culture, mythology and history. He was very concerned about our interests and comfort, and let us decide how long to spend at each location. He showed us the best spots for shopping, and the cenote at the end was incredible! All around great experience.

We had a great trip. Definitely worth going small group for greater attention, posing questions, and flexibility. Alondra was an excellent guide - very knowledgeable and interesting with some very insightful points. Gualberto was an excellent driver. And a really good meal in Valladolid!

Alondra is fun, kind, and well-informed! Gualberto was a considerate driver. They give your company a good name. Chichen Itza was like stepping through a portal into history. The cenote was gorgeous and breathtaking. My favorite part. The food was delectable: both the snack bar and lunch. Thank you for a wonderful time! God bless you!

Alonzo (our guide) was fantastic and taught us a lot of Mexican and Mayan historical culture. Chitzen Itza was remarkable. Lunch in Valladolid was delicious. My favorite part was the cenote, Xux-Hah. It was beautiful and refreshing after the long day. I gave it 4 stars because it is a 2.5 hour drive each way from Tulum and it was 102°F while we were walking around the ruins, which is no fault of the company but is a downfall.

The tour guide, Aldora, was excellent. Loved the small group dynamics. Getting to chicen itza early allowed us to miss the crowds. The cenote was a nice refreshing stop on the way back. Would highly recommend.

Our tour guide Alondra and driver Roberto were amazing! They truly made this experience exceptional!!! Alondra was very knowledgeable. She shared so much great information with us. You can tell she LOVES the Mayan history, culture and sharing that with guests. She was fun and extremely personable. We felt like one big tour family even though we were a total of 5 different groups (2 separate couples, a group of 4 friends and 2 solo travelers). Roberto was an excellent driver and saw to all our needs. I highly recommend this experience to see Chichen Itza. It included pickup directly from our resorts, tickets and a guided tour of Chichen Itza (we were there 2 hours - perfect amount of time), an AMAZING lunch in Valladolid, and a trip to a cenote where we got to swim and jump in off a platform if we wanted to. I looked around at other tours, some don't include tickets to Chichen Itza, or they don't have a guided tour of Chichen Itza, or no pickup from your resort, or only a snack instead of a real amazing meal. This is the tour to choose and ask for Alondra and Roberto!!!

This was a really nice and memorable experience. Paloma was our tour guide and she made the experience that much more fun with all her knowledge on the Mayan culture. I believe our drivers name was Alberto and he made sure the ride was smooth the whole way and was kind enough to refill our water containers. The cenote was my favorite part of the tour. Lunch in Valladolid was delicious also. Would most definitely recommend this tour to anyone wanting a day packed with adventure and beautiful memories!
