This is a great way to see the city if you have never been there. My husband and I just did an overnight flight from the US then landed in London jumped on the bus and got a quick tour this helped us figure out where everything was. The next day we did the boat tour and really enjoyed this.

Informative audio tour. If you forget your ear buds, there is a basket at entry. But London traffic is horrendous, so don't be in a hurry to go anywhere.

Huge city with pockets to visit; a must do activity! A lot of walking within each area/pocket. We used as our taxi too.

Tickets easy to redeem. Bus company employees are at most stops and can scan the QR code you get from Viator and print your ticket automatically. If there is no one at the stop, then the bus driver can do it. The ride was good and the narration is helpful. Unfortunately it is not always in sync with the exact location the bus is at. River cruise was nice and it is narrated by a human and not a recording like the bus.

We were jetlagged after just arriving in London that morning. This was a nice way to be able to sit comfortably and get a ton of good information and your bearings. The filler music got very repetitive after awhile - would shake that up a bit - but you learn a lot.
