20Euros each to basically take us to where the Godfather was filmed. No commentary on the headphones apart from 2 sentences. No history of what when on or about the film when you got there, just 45 minutes to look around - which really consists of a bar and church. The driver then had a second break after leaving the venue and left us in the middle of nowhere for 35 minutes!! Really annoyed. Total waste of money. Just travel by local bus and do it on your own!

Would I recommend CityBySee tours? Absolutely NOT and really regret not reading the reviews before booking. As we were having a short stay in Sicily, we decided that we wanted to book The Godfather Tour and visited the Taormina CityBySee office on the off chance they would have spaces available. Unknown to us, the adviser told us an incorrect time and meeting point for the tour. The tour bus driver accepted our tickets which clearly said we were booked on the Godfather tour however, let us in the incorrect bus anyway. The next stop on the bus was the meeting point for the Godfather tour but still nothing was said for us to change to the correct tour. On our return from the incorrect tour, we went to the office to explain what happened and we were met by the worst “Acting Manager” (Maria) I have come across in my entire professional career. She was confrontational, argumentative and aggressive. Customer relationship training definitely needed here. I would never use or recommend this company. Originally booking 9 persons - 1-day Ticket Green Euro20 each.

DO NOT BOOK! Giving 1 star only because 0 isn’t an option. Staff are rude, confrontational and ill equipped to own up when they are in the wrong. Customer service is very poor. Am currently filing a formal complaint with The Consumer Protection Office.

This tour consisted solely of transportation, in a rather worn-out bus. There was very little information provided. Had I known beforehand, I would have prepared to be my own guide to the 'Godfather-related' locations along the way.

It was a very fun trip, the driver was very nice and so was the trip overall. The bar Vitelli was beautiful and it was amazing to be in the same places that the Godfather was filmed. Definitely recommend, Thank you to CityBySee Hop on Hop off.

Do yourself a favour and book with a different tour company. We sat on the floor on the bus after being told we had guaranteed seats. Our scenic view was of people’s feet. Not to mention the door of the bus opened as I sat on the stairs and almost fell out. One of our friends also was hurt as she sat on the floor of the bus. The customer service and their idea of a resolution was worse than the experience. We did not even receive an apology, they offered us 5 euros each as compensation. What a disgrace. When I ask that the manager or owner call me, I was told that was not possible. City by See the worst experience and customer service ever.

Two of us did this tour because one of us had immobility problems and we didn't have our own transport. When we booked this tour we also booked The red & blue tour and the Etna Experience Tour. We found the booking procedure confusing and very rushed. This green tour did nothing an ordinary service bus would not do for much less money. We didn't visit the town above Savoca as printed on the guide and no explanation was given. The bus travelled at high speed and very little information was given via the earphones. There was little suggestion of how to get around at the stops and we just had to follow each other not knowing where we were going. The places themselves were very disappointing and drab. I would not do it again.

Well worth the 20 euros. I would not have wanted to drive up those vertiginous roads myself. Open sided bus. Great views. Lovely villages. Check out Eden Bar where Franco and Al visited!!

Wir haben für 4 Personen die Audio Tour " Godfather" gebucht und als wir im Bus sahsen wurde uns gesagt, das Audio System geht nicht. Diese Tour ist völlig überteuert und nicht zu empfehlen. Eine reine Touristenfalle.
