Tour guide never arrived and there was no proactive notification coming from touring company. Refund process was easy.

I booked this for my mother and her two friends(over 65) and their guide was wonderful! They talked about him all evening...He took his time and really showed them everything! We are from Tennessee so He went by “Johnny Cash” haha He made their day start off great!
