Arrival Service (not applicable to departure only bookings): After exiting your plane at Kingston's Norman Manley Airport, you'll be greeted by your Club Kingston Rep holding a personalized sign. Move through customs & immigration with fast track. Fill out immigration forms and you'll be guided through the fast-track line. Then, your host will help retrieve your luggage at baggage claim. Proceed through fast-track Customs line. You'll be escorted to your tour operator or private transportation.
Departure Lounge (not applicable to arrival only bookings): Check in for your flight and head to security & immigration fast-track line. Present your voucher for quick access. Next, head to mezzanine level to enter Club Kingston departure lounge. Enjoy hi speed WiFi, flat-screen TVs, magazines, newspapers, or conference facility. Snack on fresh fruit, sandwiches, tapas, sushi, pastries, then sip on a warm coffee/tea, a cold beverage or an alcoholic beverage! Drinks and snacks are complimentary.

This was my first experience with the service and Samara was amazing. She was very professional and knowledgeable and pleasant, she waited patiently with me and made sure I was comfortable and at ease. I would definitely recommend this service and also a promotion for Samara she is the best :)

I am thoroughly impressed by the service. I met Cheyenne at the Go Jamaica travel Expo and I told I'm flying out today and I was booked for Club Kingston and I don't know if I'll be using it. I told her that I heard that it's mainly gas station like cold sandwiches are served and the hurt and shock radiating through her face couldn't be concealed. She started to list out all the all inclusive hotel buffet like options that Club Kingston offers. I told her that it couldn't be the same place I have heard about. She told me to ensure that I come to the lounge before my flight. She asked for my flight details and said she would make sure that she is present on the day to disprove my beliefs. Fast Forward to my travel day (3 weeks after the Expo) , I came here and Cheyenne was here waiting on me from morning! I was shocked that she actually remembered. She said she was waiting on me from morning. She ensure that I had a wonder and amazing experience. I am blown away and shocked. I really do feel like I'm at an all inclusive hotel. The food is lovely and the drinks I had are good. I'm now sold on this and I definitely have to try to incorporate Club Kingston in my travels. I'm thoroughly impressed and Cheyenne did an excellent job I selling your lounge and convincing me. I'll definitely tell other people to use the service. Cheyenne has told me that Club Mobay is on a higher level than this, so I'll definitely have to use it when I fly out of that airport. So thank you again and keep up the excellent service, and special special big up to Cheyenne for convincing me to visit the Club Kingston Lounge. It is extremely worth it. One love!

Staff was very friendly and helpful, made you feel comfortable. The food was not very good, not a lot of choices and cold. Expected the same choices as montego Bay

The service from the Club Kingston staff both on inward and outward journeys was outstanding. The Kingston lounge itself is exceptionally comfortable and very tastefully designed. The standard of food there is top class also. Overall in my opinion it proved excellent value and I would recommend it it to anyone.

Abigail was amazing she greeted me at the gate and helped me with my bags. She made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed after my semi tiresome flight.

My husband any myself were on vacation and used the Club Kingston Lounge. we got over easy eggs PERFECTLY done.

I always enjoy using the VIP Lounge because it makes the airport experience smoother and feel so much better. I love priority with the security line and the warm and hassle-free welcome to to lounge itself. The food in the lounge is good and I am especially happy about the safe and clean accommodations. Overall, it was a great experience for myself and my friend.
