Arrival Lounge (not applicable to Departure Only bookings): Begin your Jamaican travel experience with a personalized expedited service through the airport. Enjoy being greeted upon disembarking the plane by a dedicated VIP representative with a customized sign. You will then be expedited through the VIP Priority lane in Immigration and Customs. Your Club Mobay representative will then get you settled in the arrival lounge where you can enjoy a wide array of amenities while waiting for your ground transportation.
Departure Lounge (not applicable to Arrival Only bookings): Savour your last moments before you depart the island by relaxing in our state-of-the-art lounges as our VIP guest. On arrival at the airport, please perform your standard airline check-in with your respective carrier. When you have completed the check-in process, please proceed to the Club Mobay desk where an associate will provide you with information on how to access the dedicated VIP Priority lane and lounge.

Exceptional service staff were so polite always smiling and nothing was too much . Food was great it was fresh and constantly topped up. It was absolutely perfect for us .

I would recommend to any and everyone. It's takes the stress of knowing how to navigate through customs and its literally a "in and out" type of service. No wait and the staff is very polite and knowledgeable.

The lounge was comfortable with a nice selection of food. We had a great server and the bartender was fun. We will continue to book club Mobay for all our travel to Jamaica.

As always Club Mobay was well worth the money. We purchased both arrival and departure. It is always the first purchase we make once we book our flights.

We were placed in a smaller lounge with a very limited amount of cold foods! Very little choice. However we noticed a larger lounge with a huge buffet food area. Staff were lovely and very attentive. The toilets were spotless and the lady cleaned every toilet after use. Just disappointed by the good variety and availability. This was for departures.

Departure service was less than expected, but fulfilled our needs. Once we arrived at the club, we were not provided options to which room we would prefer. That was disappointing.
Our room was quite small and did not receive service until after I went to the bar. Our server was upset that we didn’t wait for her but after 15 mins, we assumed we were expected to get our own drinks. The bathroom was clean. Ample room to change. The food, no thank you. It was not for me. The bartender was super nice and so was most everyone else.
Would recommend, as I do believe it helped us get through immigration/customs faster. I would inquire about the different rooms to wait in as well.
Truly believe arrival would have felt much more beneficial.

Club Monday is so worth the expense. I always book it as soon as I book my flights. ( They do sell out) You are picked up after you get off your p!ane and led past long lines to a Customs officer. Then to pick up any checked bags and to a special short line for undeclared luggage. You then go to bc the lounge where you can relax with a drink and a snack before you meet your ride or rent your car. The return is also very convenient. We had a couple hours before our flight so it was nice to relax in the lounge with food and drink while we waited. There is even a little spa where I had a chair massage. I highly recommend Club MoBay for both Arrival and Departure.
