Encourage to do your session of Coaching with Horses.
It will help you:
Be assertive in making your decisions.
Develop your Confidence, Safety and Self-esteem.
Expand and solve those stagnant emotions that prevent you from moving forward and be happy.
Identify and modify limiting behavior patterns to live in freedom.
The sessions are held in a corral, with gentle horses and in freedom.
At no time horses are mounted and it is not necessary to have equestrian experience. Teenagers and children, family groups and couples can do it.
