Itinerary
You will be taken to our stunning Coasteering location, in the beautiful Natural Park of Costa Vicentina near Praia da Ingrina. Then you'll be getting ready with wetsuit, buoyancy aid, helmet and shoes, the guides will then assess the conditions and give a safety briefing with Coasteering techniques and skills on cliff jumping, climbing, swimming and moving around the rocks.
We'll walk down to the water's edge and immediately start with small cliff jumps to practice and have fun. The route will take you exploring the Coastline, hidden beaches, amazing cliffs, rock formations, clear ocean waters and learning about the marine environment and some local traditions. You'll be swimming in the ocean, inside sea caves, climbing and walking along the rocky shoreline. The more you advance the higher the jumps get! Up to 10 meters (30ft) high! We can even jump inside the grottoes! (don't worry there's always alternatives) After all the action we'll walk back over the cliffs along the coastal path for a scenic experience while chatting about the session.

The experience was very exciting! We jumped from many many cliffs, enjoyed the views and had fun swimming and climbing. All equipment was provided and the atmosphere was very friendly. Highly recommend

Absolutely fantastic experience. Nelson is a wonderful guide. The experience is much more than just cliff jumping. There’s also swimming in the caves. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend.

Fantastic trip - our group aged 13 to 60 really enjoyed the coasteering. Nelson was a great guide. Just the right mix of encouraging but not pushy for those of us who didn’t do the higher jumps! Really knowledgable too. Highly recommended but not for the faint hearted!!

I did this on my second last day of a 7 week holiday in Europe. It is easily the most memorable experience that I have had my entire holiday. Nelson took myself and another couple out and we climbed to various cliffs of increasing heights to jump off of. Nelson even took photos and videos. Definitely a once in a lifetime experience.
Just a quick note, it was fairly physically intense with the climbing and getting out of the water in the waves. I was definitely tired towards the end. So if you have any hesitation regarding that I'd say it's probably best to reach out to Nelson and have a chat to see if it'll suit you.
Hopefully it does so you can do this super cool experience!

Nelson really knows his way around the coast. He makes you feel confident enough to climb rocks and jump of cliffs 10m high. He makes you feel at ease and if you're not up for it then you can skip the jump. It's not like you have to jump. It's your own choice.
Nelson, thank you for one of the best days ever! You're a great guy! We loved our time on the cliffs and are looking forward to seeing the pics and videos.

We had the most amazing time on this tour. Our guide Nelson was so humble, knowledgeable and experienced at what he does. The day was absolutely stunning and he picked the best route for us to experience considering the large swell weather. The route we did started with some small cliff jumps to introduce us to the tour, followed by walking along the cliffs coastline at sea level, swimming in the ocean, catching waves, exploring the nature within the cliffs rockpools, swimming into the caves and ending with a huge 10m cliff jump into a cave. Nelson made us feel safe at all times and was encouraging and supportive. This was one of the best tours we have done in Europe this Summer. Thank you to Nelson!! We highly recommend this tour!!

It was such a nice experience! We loved it so much. Everything was good organized and it was totally worth it. Nelson gave a lot of information about the sea and the living species aswell whats very interesting, added with climbing and big jumps made it an experience to not forget.
