Tickets did not work on door. Company never sent reservation to coco bongo. Had to wait for them to try confirm with vendor for tickets and then pay double of door which then resulted in missing half the show. Not happy!

The show is fantastic and worth the price. It is confusing going in. Person outside got us to upgrade to VIP. Person sat us further back anyway, had to pull out our paperwork again to show him we upgraded. Seems like everyone was mixed up anyway. Not sure we really needed to upgrade

This experience wasn't even honored for us, we were told that they were no longer offering it when we got to the door. We paid extra for no reason at all. A complete waste of money. Very disappointing.

went last week its still as good as ever from freddy mercury,beetle juice,maddona an more none stop all night .paid 140 dollars for bottle service an worth every penny. drinks sevice none stop all night never had to wait an it was very busy

The tour was good. Private driver showed up exactly on time. Only complaint was that we were dropped off at Coco Bongo with no clear direction on where to go. There is a VIP booth that we had to find - and once that happened, we were good to go. Driver had limited English skills which was tough.

Whole evening was brilliant, staff extremely attentive and although such a diverse age group Coco Bongo's has something for everyone. We arrived at 10pm and left at 03.15am and enjoyed every minute of it. Our friends from Wales their first time were simply amazed. It was our second time after visiting in 2013 and this time was even better than the first. A MUST do for everyone who visits Cancun. Thank you and ENJOY it!

No caigan en esta estafa , la atención de la agencia es pésima , no resuelven ningún problema , lo mejor y más económico es reservar directamente en cocobongo , amigo tours no tiene nada de amigable , atención al cliente pésima por parte de Nancy castro cordinadora de operaciones.

Compramos unos tickets para coco bongo en esta agencia llamada amigo Tours que de amigable no tiene nada ,tratamos de cambiar la fecha del ticket por problemas de logística en nuestro viaje y muy nefastos y prepotentes nos dijeron que no se podían realizar cambios , no les recomiendo adquirir tickets en esta agencia es mejor comprarlos directo con Coco bongo en donde si permiten hacer cambios .
La atención de la agencia pésima necesitan un deparatmento de atención al cliente , no arriesguen su dinero

se disfruta desde la entrada, exelente sonido, luces, efectos, bebidas de primer nivel, MUY RECOMENDABLE, el costo de la entrada se supera con el nivel del espectaculo.
