We will visit a coffee farm only 30 minutes from the Poblado, this tour is designed for people who do not want a long ride but still want to know the whole process of coffee in a very complete process, in a farm of more than 80 years old. The farm is set up in such a way that you can know the whole process, from planting, harvesting, fermentation, drying, roasting, until the final product, we can also have lunch at the farm, taking into account that the tour is private and the pick up and drop off are included.

Nuestro guía Daniel, nos hizo sentir muy cómodos desde el principio del tour.
Se nota que tiene mucho conocimiento sobre su cultura y que le apasiona lo que hace, el tour por el cafetalero fue una experiencia muy grata, aprendimos mucho y tuvimos la oportunidad de probar el café fresco con distintos métodos de preparacion. ¡Estuvo delicioso!
Posteriormente subimos hasta la cima del cerro Guatape.. la vista era espectacular!
Finalizamos con un recorrido por el pequeño pueblito y gracias una vez más Daniel, por la recomendación de la comida, esa bandeja paisa estuvo deliciosa!

Sehr angenehm und unkompliziert! Ich war als Alleinreisende unterwegs und da mich ein anderer Touranbieter versetzte, habe ich am 12.12. spontan diese Halbtagestour aus dem Internet gefischt. Telefonisch nachzufragen war gar kein Problem, die Guides sprechen sehr gutes Englisch, 5 Min später wurden mir via Whatsapp, die Preise für den Pickup am Hotel und die Tour durchgegeben. Diese waren absolut fair und ich konnte zeitnah zur "Kaffeefahrt" aufbrechen. Alles superpünktlich und angenehm. Ich war mit dem Guide alleine unterwegs, wir sind zum Kaffeebauern gefahren, haben dort in wunderschöner Umgebung den Prozess des Kaffeeanbaus- und verarbeitung erklärt bekommen und Kaffee verkostet. Anschließend haben wir in einer Bäckerei den Snack in Form von wunderbar frischen kolumbianischen Teigwaren konsumiert. Durch dies intensive Gespräche habe ich noch zusätzlichen Informationen über die Geschichte Medellins bekommen, konnte mit seiner Hilfe endlich mein Handyproblem lösen (Einkaufszentrum Monterrey ist ein einziges Reparaturparadies) und bekam noch einige Tipps für die Stadt mit auf den Weg. Ich möchte mich auf diesem Weg nochmal ganz herzlich für die spontan und unkompliziert gebuchte Tour bedanken! Es war mir eine Freude und ein wunderbares Erlebnis- beim nächsten Mal buche ich die Hikingtour zum Wasserfall :-)
