Climb up the breathtaking Palatine Hill, the locus of major imperial villas, most notable of Augustus' expansive and incredibly ambitious Imperial Home. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Circus Maximus and of the Aventine Hill and marvel at the incredibly well preserved remains of this once upon a time extremely rich hill.

The colosseum currently guarantees special access to the arena floor which is off limits to the general public. The arena area is where the gladiator fights took place and also gives you the closest view of the underground area possible
Please provide the full names of all travelers when booking. Failure to present a voucher with all travelers' full names at the ticket office prior to entry may result in denied entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
Remember to bring a valid photo ID for each passenger

The tour guide, Dennis with Liv tours was fantastic! He was knowledgeable and very helpful. The picture opportunities were great and we got so many good ones. Be prepared to take a lot of steps but it’s worth it! Dennis made it a tour to remember.

Loved having Lucy for a second tour. She taught us so much about the history of the coliseum etc…. Her English was easily understood and she was very patient with us senior citizens.

We had an excellent visit to the remarkable historical Colosseum , our guide made it memorable, she was knowledgeable, engaging and also made us laugh . We explored the area throughly and had plenty of time to look around and stop for pictures. As a group of 6 people ,it was perfect we could hear everything without having to use the headphones etc

We had an excellent time with Paola F on our tour. She was prompt, very informative, and led us to great spots for photos on our tour. Based on our tours with LivTours, we would schedule with them again the next time we are in Rome, or wherever they have tours.
