Learn to make FRESH PASTA, like our grandmothers made them in Italy.
We will teach you every process and stand by you teaching you every step.
Our COOKING SCHOOL is located inside a MEDIEVAL TOWER from the 1200s, a stone's throw from Brunelleschi's Dome. Where you will breathe the air and life of Dante Alighieri, father of the Italian language because the tower where we will cook belonged to his wife's family.
Our team is made up of true chefs, with many years of experience in the best Italian cuisines.
We will go together to the vegetable stall located next to our tower to choose seasonal products.
From FLOUR to RAGÙ, together we will make real Italian pasta from scratch as they did it in the times of the Medici family, the lords of the Renaissance.
We will PREPARE 3 TYPES of FRESH PASTA such as RAVIOLI, TORTELLINI and TAGLIATELLE, and at the same time we will also prepare sauces to match such as butter and sage, pomarola and old-fashioned Tuscan ragù.
You will not have to bring anything with you because all the equipment will be offered by us. In the end we will eat everything we have prepared.
During the experience we can drink good TUSCAN WINE or unlimited

My wife and I had a spectacular time with our pasta class. We regularly make own pasta sauces at home, and I feel like we left this class with a new respect for what we enjoy doing already. We also walked away with new ideas and challenges for when we get back home. Absolutely wonderful experience overall.
