We will select the best seasonal vegetables and the best products that the Italian territory offers.
From FLOUR to RAGÙ, together we will make real Italian pasta from scratch as they did it in the times of the Medici family, the lords of the Renaissance.
WE WILL PREPARE 3 TYPES OF FRESH PASTA such as RAVIOLI, TORTELLI and PAPPARDELLE, and at the same time the Chef will also prepare sauces to match such as butter and sage, arrabbiata and old-fashioned Tuscan ragù
You will not have to bring anything with you because all the equipment will be offered by us. In the end we will eat everything we have prepared.
During the experience we can drink good TUSCAN WINE or unlimited

So much fun! I wasn’t sure what to expect but, it went well beyond my expectations! You can really tell that the chef and his staff love what they do. Even though there are quite a few people you feel like you are in the chef’s home as they are all so welcoming. If you are looking for a fantastic night out in Florence don’t hesitate and do this class. My husband, who has never made pasta in his life, said that now he will give pasta making another try when we get home. It was so much fun and a night to remember.
