A nice aperitif and a warm welcome from the owners of this beautiful Villa on the sorrentine hills, is the perfect way to start the cooking class.
Luigi will accompany you to the garden to take the harvest for the recipees you are going to prepare with the chefs.
During the harvest you can see the lemon pergula, the olive threes, the grapes, the animal from the farm and a large variety of typical mediterranean flora and fauna.
After being introduced and explained the menù, guided by the chefs, the preparation will start.
A selection of italian aperitifs, homemade pasta as for example Cannelloni, Gnocchi, Ravioli or Lasagna in different sauces, main courses and desserts are just some of the plates that you will taste at the end of the preparation.
When the food will be ready you will have the chance to celebrate your results tasting the different courses you have prepared.
Welcome drink, wine and mineral water are included!

An absolutely delightful and delicious experience! Very hands-on, lots of helpful tips and instruction, and we had a wonderful time getting to know our hosts and our fellow class participants. Highly recommend! 10 out of 10.

We had such a wonderful time. The family was so welcoming and entertaining. Not only did we have fun and get to eat some great food, we picked up some very helpful cooking tips. Just a wonderful experience (and the sweet golden retriever Guido was the icing on the cake :) )

It was an amazing experience. My wife and I enjoyed the whole time. We made eggplant parmigiana, ricotta ravioli, sea bass, and tiramisu.

Anna created an environment of learning how to cook authentic Italian food from family recipes. Sustainable products made from scratch for each dish. Nothing was wasted, either used in the dish or used in gardens and/or fed to animals on the farm. A truly wonderful experience. Absolutely a beautiful spot with views to the coast. Amazing!

First I'll mention that there was a scheduling issue on my end (I inadvertently booked the wrong time) and hosts were so gracious in accommating us at a later time. It was amazing. The villa is beautiful with a beautiful view. We joined a small group and immediately everyone was friendly and getting along as if we all knew each other for years. We started by making tiramisu, then prepared vegetables for eggplant parmesean and chicken cacciatore. The last thing we prepared were gnocchi, and ravioli. Along the way there were many laughs, photos, delicious wine, and we finished with enjoying our amazing meal. Thank you to Ana Marie and her crew in providing such an amazing time!

This is the cooking class to choose. My 14 year-old and I had a great time. Pick up on time at our hotel, then a walk through their gardens to see each ingredient we were to use. We got the eggs 🥚🥚 from the henhouse for the pasta and eggplant parm! Cooking was fun- we made chicken cacciatore, eggplant parm, ricotta ravioli, and lemon tiramisu🍋. It was clean and fresh with wine flowing. Everything was delicious. Pick up was 4:30, meal was entirely unrushed, back to the hotel by 8:30. Also, they were very accommodating for food restrictions (including gluten free, mild no-spice, vegetarian, dairy free- I think they could do most variations!). This is a can’t miss opportunity.

A perfect night! Casual, fun, great environment. My 17 yr old son and I both enjoyed it and I am not a cook! Beautiful farm, awesome that they pick up and drop off. Really highly recommend. Was a perfect evening!

We travelled with 2 adults and 2 children(10&12) our experience wad AMAZING! Toured the beautiful farm first. Enjpyed some snacks and wine before cooking. The coojing was great fun and the chefs we're wonderful. Engaging, informative and most important kind and funny! pick up snd drop off was seamless. It could not have been a better time..... Oh an of course dinner was great!!

Absolutely brilliant from beginning to end. We were collected on time and shuttles to the Villa (via a very… interesting… road). Greeted enthusiastically by Anna Maria and the family. Wine was immediately poured (excellent start) and we were given an overview of the dishes. Kicked off with a demo of the panacotta but then our host gradually roped in members of the broader group to help out with various tasks, from kneading the meatball ingredients together through to mixing and applying the ravioli filling. Anna Maria is a total pro at this and we were well engaged and entertained on the way through. And… the final products were absolutely delicious and we left super full. Don’t hesitate to book this one. We want to do it again when we return to Sorrento. Grazie!
