Nicely paced and well timed.
Hi, our tour guide /cooking instructor was very personable.
Basket boat ride was fun and entertaining. We did catch crabs and let them go free.
The four dishes cooked were explained, demonstrated and we got in and did it.
I can now go home and impress my friends with 4 different Vietnamese dishes.

The tour was fanatic.
Picked up from our hotel on time, taken to the markets where our guide gave us lots of local insights.
We then did the ribs boats, which was lots of fun.
We headed back to a great class and cooked 5 local dishes.
Flavour was amazing and we look forward to spoiling our family when wet get home.
Thank you to our guide and chef Hai Hai, friendly, informative, and good fun

What a great day!
We went to the market and bought food to cook, then went fishing in the basket boats (just a fun thing really), and finally we learnt how to cook Hoi An pancakes, green papaya salad, chicken stir fry and spring rolls.
It was such fun and we learnt so much, and a special thank you to Na - you were beautiful in every possible way, so knowledgeable and kind.

The tour was amazing, starting in the local market and getting the ingredients for our cooking. Basket boats were a fun experience too. The cooking itself was loads of fun with really varied dishes, and all tasted amazing. Highly recommend.

The tour we did was really good! A kind chef took us to the market and showed us everything. Then we went to the boats and had a lovely tour. When we arrived at his house he showed us a couple dishes wich we enjoyed with everyone.

Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. A very interesting day learning about local cuisine. We visited a local market, an organic vegetable farm and cooked some delicious food! I would recommend for anyone visiting Hoi An!
