Very interesting on the history of Cork and pre production. Not really a factory more of a warehouse and initial processing and manual grading. The palletised cork is then shipped out to factories for conversion to finished items. All the grades and uses were explained in some detail

Very informative and interesting tour. Learned a lot. Our group was double the size of the usual one, so at times difficult to see/ hear the guide, otherwise would be 5 stars.

Angela, our guide was fabulous. We learned so much about cork and how it is prepared and all of its uses. All questions were welcomed and the explanations were enlightening. One of our best tours ever.

Our tour guide at the location was incredibly knowledgeable. She exuded the historical significance of these trees and impact upon the population. Lovely tour.

Very educational from harvesting cork to its use in its variety of uses. Excellent tour guide with a great deal of knowledge. She was courteous although the crowd was too large. It’s difficult sometimes to see above tall people.
