You'll be welcomed with an Argentine welcome drink, put on your apron, and get to know our chefs, the kitchen space, and other guests.
Culinary Mastery:
Under the expert guidance of our chef instructor, you'll prepare the empanada fillings together, chipa, main entree, and dessert with step by step guidance, and participation! The instructors will make sure you are well guided, and supported, and also have fun!
Wine Pairing:
Sample a carefully curated selection of Argentine wines, each chosen to complement the rich flavors of your class creations.
The class is a group activity, and each participant plays a key part in making the meal come together! You will enjoy slicing, chopping, mixing and grilling, and finally, enjoy the meal together at our table.

I had a great time. Lots of amazing food and drink.
I attended by myself but that was no issue. They made sure we were all involved and we got on really well in our group. I only have positive words to say about the experience. A highlight of my trip.

We did the Asado Masterclass with Criolla during our visit to Buenos Aires this week and had an absolutely fantastic evening!
Both hosts were very welcoming and got everyone involved in a way that allowed us to to easily make new friends with other people in the class.
We learnt a lot about Argentinian cooking and can’t wait to put some of those lessons in to practice in our own kitchen!
Drinks flow generously throughout the night and the food easily replaces dinner - in honesty, you’d pay a similar amount for this food and wine in a restaurant, so for the same money why not also learn a new skill and turn it into an interactive experience? It’s a no brainer!
I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone visiting Buenos Aires. Thank you!

It was fun, entertaining, filling and we all learned about cooking many Argentinian dishes. Our kids were 12 and 14 at the time and they thoroughly enjoyed the experience

Cooking & Wine Appreciation was on the cards for our visit. A laid-back lesson on the wine regions of Argentina with several bottles of wine from different regions and snacks to compliment the vino! A very relaxing way to learn & enjoy at the same time. I'm not a big grape fiddler but the missus loved it, so a win all round.

If you’re visiting Argentina for that delicious food — the iconic meat in particular — then sure, make an RSVP at Don Julio, La Cabrera or Cabaña Las Lilas. But also book this night @ Criolla. Really. Right. Now. Psst. Not hyperbole.

The Asado experience was FANTASTIC. The food was some of the best we had in Buenos Aires, and Jonathan and Rosi hosted a wonderful evening of instruction and introduction to Argentine culture. The pacing was lovely and relaxing and there was tons of food and flowing wine. Would highly highly recommend!

Fantastic cooking experience and fun to learn a little more about Argentinian cuisine! The chef and hostess were incredibly nice and it was fun to meet some other people in the class. Food and drink were excellent!
