Our tour guide was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He was punctual at meeting us in the morning. We learnt a lot about the cultural sites in Marrakech, however, we felt that the tour lacked a personal touch as it was purely factual. Having been on many other tours a refreshment is often offered as complimentary half way through - we didn’t get anything and 3.5 hours is a long time to be constantly walking in the heat.
On the information from the company it said the palace was included (free admission) but we had to pay which meant a trip to the cash point first as the palace doesn’t take cards. This information should be updated.

My friend and I went to Marrakech for a wedding and decided to sight see… thank goodness we booked our week with private tours! It was the best decision we could have made.
To begin with our driver Mostapha was very punctual and took us around in a very comfortable air conditioned van, he provided us with waters and communicated with us on WhatsApp as needed. Excellent!
Our tour guide was exceptional. Excellent, very educated, and knowledgeable of our surroundings at all times. We felt safe for two women exploring Morocco.
He even helped us hustle in the souks, and took us to the signature food places, restaurants, and anything else we wanted to see.
I recommend these two to anyone thinking of visiting Marrakech! You will not regret it.

Abdelilah is very knowledgeable and charming and brings the rich history and culture of Marrakech to life, we spend a lovely morning in his company. He is very relaxed, made us feel very safe and goes beyond the required. He even asked a palace restorer to carve our daughter's name in a tile which she loved. Highly recommend.

Thanks Abdul for guiding us around Marrkesh, he is very knowledgeable and shared many interesting stuff about the people and the city.
When we mentioned that we were interested in an excursion to Atlas mountain in the end of the trip, he helped us sort it out with a reasonable price.
Both my wife and I are very appreciate his help and will recommend him to out friends.

What a great find… Abdel. Such a lovely guy to show us around some of the famous sites of Marrakesh. His English is very good & he is an encyclopaedia of knowledge about this amazing city & country. Being with an official tour guide gave us quick entry into the gardens & palace. He took us to the real souks where cooperatives work together to sell the real Moroccan wares (not the fake football shirts & sunglasses!) & having Abdel with us helped keep the overzealous sales men away!
