CAVE OF LOVERS

Our tour was canceled at midnight the night before, but they were able to get us on another boat. However, our guide did not speak any English and we got most information from another guest who happened to be bilingual. That being said, we had a lot of fun and saw very beautiful places. Recommend the tour, but make sure your guide speaks your language!

We are a family of 4 from Australia and and our trip with Donato around the Egadi Islands was the highlight of our 4 week trip in Italy. Donato was professional, kind and friendly and we felt that we were in very safe hands with our two daughters aged 10 and 12. He was enthusiastic and happy to tell us interesting information about the islands using a translator app. A simple but delicious lunch was provided which gave us extra time to explore the islands. Donato also provided lovely wine and premium beer which was unexpected but welcome as the sun was going down on a hot day. We brought our own, but there are rock shoes and snorkels on the boat. It was a full day and we did not for a second feel that there was any rush to get back. We visited a variety of swimming spots and two islands. A wonderful day. Thank you Donato.

Really nice trip!!
Donato took us to all the good spots, including a small cave we could swim through with him as a guide with a flashlight. He didn’t speak much english, but was really nice and helpful and with signlanguage and Google translate we had a great trip!

This was a great way to visit Favignana and Levanzo by boat. Our skipper really knew what he was doing and were so nice and generous. We got to know a lot about the islands and visited the most beautiful beaches. We were served a nice meal and in the afternoon prosecco, beer and soft drinks. We flew home with memories for life so this is a trip that me and my family really recommend.

It was amazing experience! The sea was really beautiful and spots were so nice to swim. Only thing what I didn’t like is that we booked tour on english but it was not english tour.

Abbiamo prenotato questo tour per Settembre e abbiamo vissuto una delle giornate più belle della nostra vacanza in Sicilia.. siamo partiti la mattina insieme allo Skipper Donato - persona gentilissima e super disponibile che ci ha raccontato tratti storici delle isole e consigliato anche alcune escursioni più avventurose nelle varie cale che visitavamo. Bagni a non finire e visita in centro a Favignana. Abbiamo passato una giornata indimenticabile in buona compagnia tra risate, cibo e vino (compresi) e alla fine del tour abbiamo stretto molto anche con il resto delle persone che avevano prenotato questa escursione come noi. Se passate da Trapani, questo tour merita davvero ;)

Donato è una persona fantastica, il mare è la sua passione e si percepisce dai racconti e dall’interesse che ha per la sua terra. Simpatico e super disponibile, ci ha fatto fare un’escursione che non si dimenticherà facilmente, tra aperitivo a bordo e dentro le grotte. Grazie per questa bella giornata, torneremo l’anno prossimo!

Sabato 9 settembre io e un’amica abbiamo approfittato del tempo buono per fare un’escursione in gommone a Favignana e Levanzo. Siamo state accolte da Donato, persona favolosa che ci ha guidati per tutta la giornata alla scoperta delle isole e delle loro grotte con tanto di brindisi all’interno di una di esse (una chicca che non avevo mai vissuto e che merita).
Sicuramente tornerò a viaggiare con loro, gentili, simpatici e professionali, prezzo onestissimo. Tutto perfetto è dire poco.
Alla prossima estate😁

Donato è uno skipper d'eccezione. Esperto del mare e profondo conoscitore della storia del territorio, ci ha accompagnato per una bellissima giornata tra le meraviglie delle Egadi. È venuto nella grotta azzurra con noi, ci ha guidato nell'escursione e ci ha spiegato la storia di questi meravigliosi posti. Esperienza che ricorderemo per sempre!!!
