The Dark Comedy is an OPEN MIC Comedy Show in English
- meant to help comedians test out their more twisted / darker material.
- we expect that you are not easily offended if you decide to come to this show
- Berlin is the most active comedy scene in continental Europe and it caters to all types of humour including dark!
- doors open at 8pm
- The show will feature 6 comedians trying out tested and new jokes to hone them to the point where they really shock

Left in a much better mood than when I arrived because the organizer was very welcoming, the venue staff friendly, the whole admosphere was great and the cherry on top were the dark jokes, of course. I liked that there was a line-up of several comedians who had different styles. The organizer has different event series which I can imagine are all worth checking out so I'll go to their Sunday event too and would like to check out if I'll travel to Berlin again.

Recently, my wife and I had the chance to attend an English-speaking comedy show at Karakas in Berlin. The overall atmosphere was lively and welcoming, with a mixed local and international crowd. The comedians were great - fresh, funny, and dark. The host Chris was excellent - he's clearly a professional with great stage presence and crowd work...he kept the momentum going throughout the evening. Overall, it was a great night of laughter and entertainment in an intimate yet fun space. If you want to see what (english) comedy is like in Germany/Berlin, and I would highly recommend checking out this venue and group.

Had a great time at the comedy show. Some of the humor was really dark indeed. We enjoyed it. Highly recommended.
