Beautiful spa with loads of luxury experiences, and outdoor heated pools. The complimentary 45minutes of food and drinks on the evening was the perfect break. Only let down would be that the changing rooms are very small and their wasn’t enough seats and space for people to get ready after.

Food was great, the spa was beautiful and the staff were very helpful. I had an amazing massage which was very relaxing. The only thing was that the robes would be better if they had pockets for a phone. Otherwise the grounds are stunning and all was very clean. We had a wonderful day

An absolutely stunning day spa and a perfect break for the day. Given Turin doesn't have access to water, it is lovely to come to a place where you can enjoy the Italian sun and swim in the heat. The entire experience was bliss, although it was busy it still felt relaxed and intimate. I enjoyed the day pass with a massage and the lunch buffet. I recommend getting there early and doing the wellness path and massage before it gets too busy (if you are going while the weather is warm).

Where do I begin? A truly MAGICAL experience from start to finish!! My daughter and I had the 5 hour pass with the Wellness break lunch as an extra. From the moment we arrived we knew it was going to be something different to anything we’d done before. I’ve been to spas in the past but this one surpassed all of the others put together! It totally exceeded all our expectations. It was brilliantly thought out, varied and entertaining - holding our interest for the full 5 hours - and was just the ultimate in luxury and relaxation. Every time you thought you’d seen it all, along came another hidden room to explore or another wonderful experience to try. We honestly felt like children in a magical world! The lunch was fabulous - great variety of food AND alcoholic drinks - and a lovely touch was the ‘aperitivo’ at the end - a perfect ‘one for the road’ We left feeling completely relaxed yet energised and revived - and we now want to visit every QC Terme spa worldwide! It really is in another league compared to other spas we’ve tried and was a wonderful way to spend a special day. We’d highly highly recommend it to everyone. What a treat!! 10 out of 10! Exceptional!!!

Come dice il loro slogan La meraviglia crea ricordi e io penso di essere stata meravigliata da questa esperienza di benessere. Se non me l'avessero regalato forse non ci sarei venuta di mia iniziativa. Ringrazio l'occasione e credo proprio che ci tornerò e sarà uno spunto per fare un regalo gradito a persone

Volevo passare un bel pomeriggio con mia figlia invece siamo praticamente scappate! Salvo solo il massaggio rilassante. Sporchissimo lo spogliatoio, pieno di capelli, confermo ancora porta del bagno rotta. Nelle vasche l’acqua era torbida e piena di “materia in sospensione”. Ho avuto la sensazione di essere in un girone dantesco. Non ricordo un aperitivo in cui abbia avuto proprio voglia di andare via come in questo! In fila per entrare, trattati come fossimo alla peggior mensa di accoglienza.. vassoietto con 4 olive, parmigiano, salamini e pezzetti di mele. Panini e pizzette finiti nelle ceste, salvia fritta e altre ceste di fritture (i contenitori erano vuoti, non so cosa ci sia stata dentro!). Tavoli sporchi. Ma soprattutto veramente troppe troppe persone accalcate! Un incubo di aperitivo, pessimo. Assolutamente troppe persone, altro che rilassarsi. Avendo speso 316 euro in due, l’aspettativa era alta, peccato davvero, non lo consiglierò a nessuno, anzi.

Dall'apertura a oggi un lento declino. Relax pari a zero, acqua nelle piscine idromassaggio con strana schiuma che fa bruciare gli occhi, negli spogliatoi un unico bagno con wc con porta rotta (fatto presente alla signora delle pulizie che ha spiegato che per chiudere basta prendere a spallate la porta) , sporcizia e capelli ovunque, aperitivo ridicolo per 2 persone composto da 4 vasetti con all'interno 4 olive, 4 mini pezzetti di salamino, 4 mini pezzetti di formaggio, e qualche fettina di mela con buccia), nessun tipo di manutenzione dall'apertura ad oggi, orari per tutto quindi il relax va a farsi benedire alle 12 pranzo e hai a disposizione 40 minuti, mentre per l'aperitivo hai a disposizione solo 30 minuti e ti dicono dove sederti perché è in base all'orario. Operazione Compleanno una bufala. Prezzo per quello che offre VERGOGNOSO. Potrei continuare con tante altre cose... Risultato finale non ci torneremo più (peccato perché era un posto incantevole dove evadere dalla realtà per un giorno e rilassarsi)

Palazzo d'epoca molto bello, curato, pulito e con uno spazio esterno verde con vasche termali e lettini per il relax, la struttura offre vari percorsi benessere e, nonostante nel weekend sia molto frequentato, ho trovato comunque molto piacevole ogni esperienza, tre piani con ogni tipo di vasca, sauna, bagno turco, area benessere e relax. L'aperitivo è in parte a buffet e in parte al tavolo, buona offerta di bevande alcoliche e non, pizzette, frittini, salumi... Per me è promosso a pieni voti.

Delusa dalle aspettative che avevo per il centro, visto e considerato i prezzi e la qualità che avrebbe dovuto avere.. Appena arrivati, ci consegnano le chiavi dello stipetto, e trovo subito un paio di mutande usate al suo interno. Nessuna spiegazione da parte degli utenti sui percorsi e sull' accesso al centro benessere considerando la grandezza della struttura. Luogo troppo affollato per essere un centro relax. Ciuffi di capelli nelle varie vasche, comprese quelle per la pulizia dei piedi. Buffet ampio ma non provvisto di piatti per appoggiarci il cibo, dovevamo utilizzare dei fazzoletti. Mancanza di lozione lenitiva in tutte le vasche idromassaggio piedi. In sintesi poche accortezze per essere un centro che viene considera " di lusso".
