Awesome day tour with Tracey! She’s super knowledgeable about the island and knows all the best photo opportunities, as well as we had the most delicious food as of yet in Tahiti! Book with her!

Enjoyed the island tour thanks to Tracey's knowledge and connection to the locals. With only six in her SUV we were able to go to sites the big tour bus could never go. I definitely recommend the tour.

This tour starts in Papeete and follows the road down the west coast of Tahiti Nui and Tahiti Iti. This coast is markedly different from the east coast (a tour also worth doing to appreciate the differences between the two sides of the island). Riding in a comfortable air-conditioned vehicle, our tour guide, Virginie, stopped at the significant places along the coast to point out their features. A worthwhile tour.

I booked a full day tour of the West Coast with Unique Tahiti and Tracey after taking a half day tour with her the prior week of the East Coast. I had such a good time that I knew it was the perfect way to end my Polynesian experience and ensure I had a comprehensive overview of Tahiti. I was joined on the tour by 2 friends I made on the Windstar Cruise I took as well as 2 other returning guests who had also taken an east coast tour with the other guide, Dom, the week before.
This tour had more stops (and thus more driving) that the East Coast tour but was fantastic and Tracey asked our input on what we wanted to see and adjusted the tour for us. We saw local churches, stopped at cute local businesses, and amazing natural sites. We had a fantastic fresh lunch by the water and a highlight was an option to get on a boat and see the site of the upcoming Olympic surfing competition. Other stops included a beautiful botanical garden, local beaches, a beautiful waterfall and a neat cave.
Tracey was also really flexible in dropping folks off for flights and helping us arrange for a place to clean up and even recommending restaurants and a great place to shop for pearls. She was highly responsive and easy to communicate with. I cannot recommend Unique Tahiti more!

I did this tour on the day I disembarked from a cruise, with an entire day to explore before my late night flight home to the US. Several others from my cruise also joined. The tour was the best thing I experienced during my 10 days in French Polynesia. Tracy, our tour guide and the owner of the company, really let us get a look at Tahitian culture and some off the beaten track sites. Stops included a beautiful local church, botanical gardens with a lovely waterfall, a sea cave where Paul Gauguin used to swim. We even went to Teaopo’o where the 2024 Olympic surf competition will be held. We had a delicious lunch at a charming seaside restaurant with traditional Tahitian food. Tracy was an excellent guide and very willing to flex to ensure we saw things we were interested in. We were able to bring our luggage with us and she even took us to the airport. Totally a wonderful experience from beginning to end.

Our tour guide, Tracey, was fantastic. She made the entire days experience memorable for all my family. She showed us multiple cultural sites and explained in detail their significance. Her ability to discuss in detail, and with expertise, the island's areas, peoples, and ways of life gave us an appreciation for Tahiti. The highlight for us was the visit to Teahupoo and a water taxi to the famous surf break where the 2024 Olympic surfing competition will be held. Tracey was exceptionally accommodating to our every need and request.

We did the day tour to Teahupoo with Tracey and the half day tour to Matavai Bay with Dom. Both tours were well run and went to lots of interesting places. We feel we got a great overview of the historic, natural and beauty spots on the island. The bus was comfortable and the driving good.

We had the distinct pleasure to have Tracey as our guide for this once in a lifetime full day tour. We had three full days in Tahiti so took both the half day East coast tour with Dominique as well as the full day West Cost tour with Tracey from her great little tour company. Communication was excellent from booking to pick up and throughout the tour itself.
Tracey is a fantastic tour guide. She has lived in Tahiti for over 25 years, married a Tahitian and raised her children here. She has developed relationships with the locals over the years and it was obvious throughout the tour, that she is highly respected and liked by them. She stopped to introduce us to several local people and families during the tour and they were happy to share a little about themselves with us. We did and saw so much throughout the tour, but the interaction with the locals was probably the highlight for us. She made such an effort throughout the tour to ensure we got the experience we were hoping for. We even got to take a little boat to “ The Wave” where the Olympic surfing competition will be this summer. It was such a thrill to see the local surfers and so beautiful to look back on the majestic mountains and scenery from the water.
We were so glad we opted to spend a few more days in Tahiti and take both of these tours. Thanks to Tracey and her company, we feel we got to know and appreciate what Tahiti has to offer. If we had only spent a day in Papeete while in transit, we would have missed out on so much.
Thank you Tracey for making our time in Tahiti so special. We hope to see you when we return again someday.

Thank you Tracey for a fascinating, informative and fun tour of your beloved Tahiti. We really enjoyed our many stops including the black sand beach for which Tahiti is known, the surfer area and future Olympic site, pulling over to see the freshly caught fish, stunning waterfalls, the important marae, the beautiful botanical gardens, the church and Sunday School children’s classes, the delightful seaside lunch and so much more. We really appreciated not only learning about the history, facts and stories, but also stopping to talk with the locals about daily life through your translated conversation. It is clear that Tahitians take great pride in their culture and immense love of the land. We were delighted to immerse ourselves and learn so much from this experience. Also we appreciated the very smooth logistics with cruise pickup and airport dropoff which enabled us to maximize our time enjoying Tahiti.
