This company does not make anything very easy. I only got half of our train tickets initially. I was up at 5 AM getting the other 5 tickets the morning we were catching our flight to London. The meet and greet at St Pancras Station was well done. The Eurostar was an experience our group looked forward to using as a mode of transportation. Glad we did it but not as awe inspiring as we expected. The tour in Paris gets you to the major sights with a visit to the Eiffel Tower followed by a Seine River Cruise and a Louvre visit. Not a lot of time at any venue which was to be expected. The tour guides in Paris were uninspiring. They were not sensitive to the group dynamics which included small children as well as older individuals. The public address system on the coach was inferior. Much of what was being said was unintelligible. The driver was exceptional. He was able to find ways around protests while fitting thru extremely tight spots flawlessly. The tour guides left a lot to be desired. When exiting the Louvre was rerouted nobody was present to direct us to our bus. Luckily the bus driver had told one of the group where he would be parked and several of us followed him. This tour gets you to the major tourist attractions but with minimal narration. Guides do not accompany the group into or on any stop on this tour.

Each venue was wonderful. However, it was so crowded in Paris that day, even though we purchased no wait in line tickets, we still had to wait for at least an hour for the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre!

So first I reached the London station at 5 am and didn’t see the tour guide till 5:49. Than in Paris everywhere the tour guide left us on our own so basically no history nth no narration. Eiffel Tower was terrible with long wait lines and waste of time. Instead we could have seen other nice places. Our louve visit was canceled due to labour day and instead we were taken to a busy overcrowded market area which basically had nth except for an old church to see. In those 2 hours again we were lift alone and tour guide vanished. She should have been with us telling us things new information. Instead she went away. We were only 5 ppl ang we each went on our Own and wasted 2 hours. Tour ended at 6. Tour guide came and said bye. Train tickets were for 9:16. Again had to wait 2-3 hours on the station when we could have boarded an earlier train and reached home safely. Instead 3 hours we were sitting and sleeping on the station. Expected to arrive in London by 11:30 and then take taxi. Pathetic experience. There is to no need for the company to pay the tour guide as ours was hardly present and ppl should be left with the driver since they are just driving them to diff locations. Please save your money and don’t book it

A bit disappointed with this tour. Our train came in about 20 min late, but our guides were rushing the entire day! There was little regard for needing to use the toilet or get water or snacks because we were in such a tight schedule. The river cruise was very crowded and the outside seats were all full. Limited view from inside. We spent 1.5 hours standing in line under the Eiffel Tower, taking turns to get out of line and stand in line at the one snack shop for our “lunch”, only to get close to the end of the line and leaving because the elevator was out. Even though we could see 2 of them working in other lines. We had to decide as a group if we were going to try to climb the stairs, but would only have had a total of 45 min to get all the way up and down to get to our next event. We then spent an hour standing around and doing a bit of shopping at some kitschy stalls nearby, only to rush to the louvre and have 1.5 hours before closing. We ran through the throngs of people at the Louvre before it closed! After the Eiffel Tower, they did take us closer to see the arc de Triomph which we otherwise would have seen from a distance only.

The Louvre was crowded but our guide was quick to get us to the main attraction (The Mona Lisa) so that was nice. Meeting spot was not straightforward and with such a crowded venue it should be more specific. Finding a lunch spot was rushed but fine. The Seine boat trip was great even though it was raining. The Eiffel Tower was closed (workers on strike), and the replacement was going out in the pouring rain in Montmartre and it was freezing, windy rainy storm- never got to go to Boulangerie so settled for croissant at the train station.

We had a wonderful time in Paris thanks very much to our awesome tour guide, Amie. (sorry, not sure on spelling). A lifelong native to the area, she was so sweet and knowledgeable. We learned so much about the city and had a pretty much perfect day. It was a somewhat cold, and rainy day on our visit but we made the best. Our foursome…myself & my wife, my Dad & my sister…ended up being the only people on the tour and it went very smoothly. We had ample time to explore the Louvre and the Eiffel Tower. The Seine River cruise was relaxing and gave us excellent views of the city. Everything was well organized and efficient. We look forward to coming back to spend more time in this beautiful city in the future.

I would recommend this tour to anyone! It was a perfect way to see Paris. I felt safe the entire time. Our tour guide, Anna, was wonderful. She is clearly passionate about her job, which makes all the difference. I still feel like I’m in a dream!

This was not a good tour. The tour guide was not a knowledgeable source of information. There was no time built in to eat until the end. We were in Paris and had to eat fast food at the train station There were two tours to choose from and one was labeled ‘sold out’ but the tours combined into only 10 people. Very misleading advertising. I would recommend against using Viator to book trips to anyone who asked
