The tour was very informative and the guide was very friendly and funny. Kids appreciated the tour a lot. We had time for shopping and pictures. Even though time was short. Lunch was nice. Bus ride was clean and comfortable

Clean facilities, very informative and friendly tour guides. By the end of the trip, 58 with Zeferino became my Mayan forever family!

This is a busy trip that packs in lots of activities. Take comfortable shoes and lots of water. Lunch (very tasty) is mid-afternoon so definitely take some snacks. Take lots of water; there is also a 711 at Tulum. You can’t take single use plastic bottles into the Tulum complex so bring a reusable one. We loved the contrast between the highly organised Tulum site and the jungle calm of Coba. My hubbie loved the cenote. Guides were excellent - a good intro to the Mayan culture.

I waited for the tour bus in a supermarket parking lot for over an hour. I was the only one there. After about 10 minutes of waiting i started texting them and they kept saying the bus would be there soon but they wouldn't give me a time. After an hour in the hot sun in a supermarket parking lot I told them I was leaving and I left. A half hour later i got a message from them that they had arrived at the supermarket. They told me they would not return my payment. I do not recommend this company.

Our tour guide was fun, and made sure we could see as much as possible in the time we had. The lunch buffet was great 👍.

The temple in tulum was amazing!
Coba was even more interesting because you felt as if you were in the jungle around all those trees .

This trip reminded me, quite frankly, what I don't love about group tours. Unfortunately, the trip was much longer than we had expected which may have been my fault. The start time was 7am end time was about 930pm. Once the usual multi-stop pick up with several different buses ended, we were on our way ( about 3 hours in to the day). The ruins themselves were lovely as were the cenote and lunch- beware lunch does not include water or soft drinks ( 50 pesos each I think)! Lifejackets were also an additional cost and mandatory (also 50 pesos). The problem with both ruins was that there was so little time, even an additional 30 mins would have made the trip much more relaxed. We found ourselves running at Tulum, and we were advised to rent bikes at Coba ( 50 pesos) because we only had just under an hour to do the 4 km total and have time to take photos and really get a feel for the ruins. Never mind the fact that washroom breaks were lined up and additional time not included in the visit to Coba.
Our last bit of the trip included a stop at a market in Playa del Carmen again nice but only 45 mins. I would have liked to see less stops on this trip and perhaps a better itinerary showing time on the bus vs time sightseeing. Had I realized I may have booked a shorter trip seeing less ruins but also feeling less rushed. I also would have considered just renting a car or taxi. It is significant that we are a family of 5.

Swimming with my daughters in the cenote, people cheering on the jumpers. The beautiful ocean at Tulum ruins a lot more pleasant than going to the Acropolis and more interesting as well. Coba was the best and we also saw Chitzen-itsa a few days before. The ruins are incredible to behold and the ride up there very fun, don't miss the structures right at the beginning to walk around as well they are amazing and show the culture of these ancient people.

Cobs still being uncovered and cycling into the Coba ruins was very memorable.
Tulum is spectacular although if visitors were provided with a map that would be helpful.
The Mayans around the cenote were very friendly and the meal was great.
