Comfortable ride aboard narrated tour of Charleston - good idea to do this on your first day and you get a sense of the city. Guide was humorous, informative-pointing out historic sites and places to visit. Launched from a red barn that had small historical display. Shady spot with helpful attendants.

We love this company! A carriage ride is the first thing we do with all of our visitors. They are all different, entertaining and informative.

The tour lasted the full hour. The staff were nice and friendly. The tour was very informative. The only thing I didn't like was the limited parking nearby and the closest lot is very expensive. You have to choose either one hour or four hours for parking in the closest lot when you pay.

The tour was interesting, without being boring with facts. The guide was nice and seemed to be enthusiastic about her job.

Our guide was Ross, this guy has such a broad & vast knowledge of Charleston & history in general. He towers way above being a horse carriage guide. Palmetto is very lucky to have a handsome, skilled young man part of their team. I would do this tour again as I know I missed a lot with all the info that Ross was sharing!

Our guide was wonderful, very informative. Loved the carriage ride and was very impressed with the condition of all the horses. My disappointment, and I know it has nothing to do with you, is that we did not get the route south of Broad and all of the beautiful homes. I have been on the ride twice and both times we have been fortunate to go that way. Very impressed with your company in every way, especially the friendliness of your employees.

This is absolutely the best carriage company in Charleston. The guides are extremely knowledgeable and entertaining. As a travel agent I will always direct clients to Palmetto Carriage Works
