Accurate weights are important. if accurate weights are not given you may be forced to purchase another seat or step down from the tour. There will be no refund given for issues of inaccurate weights resulting in a safety issue.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund

This was such a wonderful experience. We had such a helicopter flight for the first time. We felt very safe, the views were exceptional. It was the best paid attraction during our stay in Kauai. The island from the bird view is mesmerizing!

The tour was disappointing. We arrived early as requested, but upon arriving at the heliport the pilot and helicopter were not there for our scheduled 8:25 am departure. Instead we finally took off at 8:45 am for our described 55 minute flight. We returned to the heliport in advance of the next tour scheduled for departure at 9:25 am. So our flight was at most 40 minutes!
Also, I was unfortunately seated in the rear seat, in the middle and every photo opportunity was blocked by the passengers sitting on my left or right!
For the cost, I didn’t receive the value expected! Very disappointed overall!

Tour guide pilot was knowledgeable of the scenery he had flying over showed us many beautiful views of waterfalls and shoreline plus a huge variety of views.

We booked a private tour for 4 and were very happy with the experience. This was a first helicopter flight for most of us, so there were some nerves and apprehension prior to the tour. But afterward, we were all so glad we decided to do it! Everyone we interacted with.. the drivers, office staff, and pilot, were very friendly and professional, making the experience even more enjoyable! It was a wonderful way to view the beautiful island! We would highly recommend flying with this company!

Great pilot and explanations of where we were and what we were seeing. The only negative is the seating arrangement for the middle seats view, and glare from the windows while taking pictures.

Worst experience ever
They need to learn how to respect the time they confirm and time they sell to fly. Of the approximate hour promised the pilot landed in 40 minutes. They delayed the boarding as they were waiting for other passengers. Huge mistake…waste of money and time!!!

Sixth trip to the island in the past three years. Had this on my list but hadn't gotten around to it. Wow. Just wow. What a blast. Can't wait until the next time.

Our pilot Eric was so fantastic. Inam afraid of heights, but, not to worry. It was so easy and not scary at all. Smooth ride and so knowledgeable about the island. Would definitely recommend this to everyone
