Lovely experience, good choice of food food & interesting entertainment. Was picked up at the hotel & returned which was excellent as we were staying in the jumeriah beach area. Was the right amount of time. Lovely photos taken & reasonable to buy which is a good souvenir.

This was not a 3 hour cruise. 1 hour 35 to be precise. Pick up was 45 minutes late and no contact other than me call the company twice!! The staff were more interested in selling drinks, photos and getting trip advisor reviews (selecting 5 star for the customer!!) all round very disappointing....

Food is average, No bellydancing as advertised and transport was late for the return trip. Have to wait for 30 minutes and several calls.

It was a wonderful experience. The food was great.The children enjoyed themselves. The only downside was not being picked up on time from our hotel.

The quality meal was served with soulful music. The atmosphere was pleasant, and it was like a family on titanic. We danced on the upper floor and lot of people enjoyed it. Would love to go again whenever I visit Dubai.

Not what they advertised . No Arabic dance as what was mentioned in the advert. Food was cold . It said 5 star menu but I will grade is max 2 stars . Not enough spread . Utter disappointment

I expected the cruise to be more exciting taking us through the Burj Khalifa. There was no special entertainment on the cruise

As the first to arrive at the dhow we had to wait nearly an hour for the other 100+ guests to arrive with the buffett taking another hour due to only having one queue (they could easility have had two). Unlimited soft drinks consisted of 3 small glasses and some guests got coffee whilst others were ignored.
The food was good and plintifull with the views along the river really good.
