Customers will be picked up from their hotel and taken to the diamond head hike. Once they arrive their driver will provide them with a water bottle and tell them when they will be back to pick them up.

Our driver was Matthew. He was hilarious. He had interesting stories. Everyone seemed to know and like him. There was joking at the gate entry between the guards and he. We easily drove in. Matthew made sure we knew exactly where we would be picked up and what time. He offered us cold water. And warned it is not a race to reach the top of Diamond Head. Take it slow and enjoy. He was right on time to drive us back and offered cold water and congratulations that we hiked Diamond Head.

We enjoyed our walk from the bottom to the Top amazing Views we completed the walk with a 3 yo carried most of the way up and a 9&10yo well worth it caught a Trolley to the crater we completed the walk in about 40-45minutes up and back down.

When I placed my booking, I chose the 9:20 am time slot. And, when I received the confirmation email, it showed that the booking was for 7:20 am. I tried calling and they said that there was nothing they could do. And, that all sales were final and could not be changed. I explained to them that I specifically booked a time and it was available and that I had the confirmation email. They said that maybe someone else was booking at the same time. Ultimately, they are not selling you what you ordered but, rather what they have available. This is not the way business should be done.

No bathrooms at venue. Food and show were good. Worth the money but no more. Liked the history telling.

Our driver Matthew was awesome! Full of Hawaiian knowledge and some corny Dad Jokes! Great hike. Would recommend going early in the morning when it's cooler and less crowded. Would definitely book again. Mahalo Matthew for sharing the Aloha spirit!

View is amazing. Walking was easier than expected ; however, we exercise and are in great shape. We were at the top in about 30 minutes. Tunnel is neat and not clostrophobic inducing as I expected. I highly recommend this hike as it's truly unique and filled with history.

Enjoyable drive to the crater from downtown Waikiki. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable. The hike its self was beautiful but if you don’t like uneven surfaces this might not be the tour for you. About a quarter of the route is paved sidewalk with the remainder smooth rock.

First off our driver was super friendly and funny (wish I remembered his name) the hike up is very doable. They give plenty of time to go up and come down. I would say the hardest part was all the stairs but there is another way to up if you don't want the steep steps. I would recommend tennis shoes or hikingvsandals which I had and to have some water, hat, sunscreen and sunglasses.

The driver Matt did a very good job of showing us the surroundings of Diamond Head crater and the different areas of Hawaii on our way up and back down the crater. Found it very interesting hearing this family crack crown with this life growing up in hawaii. The views from the top of the crater were amazing. Fairly clear day and you could see forever. The hike was not too strenuous. Driver offered us water on the way up if we needed it.
