Very confused as to why my tickets are not sent until 24 hours before arrival. It was very confusing to navigate through the emails to eventually find the ticket. I would recommend going directly to Louvre website to purchase tickets.

The tickets were only sent to us the day before we left even though we purchases 5 months prior. The only complaint is that it would’ve been nice if we were told that somewhere in the communication. Other than that. It was a seamless entry and a great experience.

Terrible experience the museum. Let me know that they cut ties with this booking service and they do not recommend anyone to use them for tickets to get into the museum myself and a bunch of other people were stranded outside of our reservation not able to use our tickets because they don’t send them. I would never in my life used to service again please buy tickets directly from the museum. They also charge an extra $30 for the same ticket that’s only $20

The Louvre is not to be missed and absolutely get timed entry tickets. Saved us 2 hours but my concern was that the tour service I used did not get me my tickets until 2 hours before and I had to wait in my hotel to be sure I had internet to download them. Viator support was great.

Crowds were horrific so the ticket was piece of mind to at least get in- you were still paraded through aisle after aisle with over 100 people but we got in as expected with some ease vs normal general public (I think)

Dommage qu on aie perdu du temps pour récupérer nos billets d entrée ! Visite interressante mais une partie des ascenseurs en panne donc compliqué pour une personne a mobilité réduite
