Mixed review. We came here as 8 bachelorettes and I have to say I was under whelmed. The entrance price I thought was fair but only because the light show and parade were great as were the fireworks. I thought there were hardly any decent rides for a start and what were there seemed dated and not up to par. One of our group had come over 20 years ago and she felt it hadn’t changed! The toilets were shocking esp later on in the day, at Thunder-mountain we walked in and walked out it was that bad. I found hardly any staff were about to ask for help, the place seemed under staffed and the ones we did find seemed lack lustre. The food prices were expensive but some places that did a bundle were better value eg drink burger ice cream 25 euros whereas a bagel alone in another place was 25 euros with nothing else, crazy. When I went to Florida Disney there were so many characters walking about, here there were none. I saw one queue for a princess meet and greet, it was 200 minutes long and behind a screen so if you didn’t want to queue you could not even just see her! I am a mum of a daughter (now older) if I had brought her as a little girl she would have been so disappointed as there seems to be nothing and nowhere for a little girl to enjoy a magical princess experience. Plus hardly any of the new Disney characters seem to play much of a part. I found the app so hard to use as it doesn’t say you are here so trying to coordinate yourself zooming in and out is a complete pain. They have no paper maps at all, print one out and bring it with you! The signage in the park is also limited at the point when you most need it so constantly you lose your bearings. My last point is why is the light show and fireworks so late. It gets dark earlier and it seems mad to leave a place that you have finished riding rides hours ago at midnight. Most arrive as the doors open so this seems madness and unsafe for travelling away plus so many little ones were asleep at this point so missed it. If you have ever been to Alton Towers I can safely say that Alton Towers wins hands down on all points. Disneyland Paris is tired, not magical because of the lack of live characters etc. I would not recommend it at all sorry.

First of all, the grandkids loved it and that's what mattered most to us. It was very crowded on a weekday. Lines were too long so we didn't get to do many (40-90 min waits). Parades were fun as usual. Some staff members on entry and in restaurant did not provide typical Disney customer service. Food was fair.

It's OK we went by coach that was not very good. Shuttle service from the hotel was very scary and dangerous the other Europeans have no manners or concern for anyone but themselves we were told to forget your British and just barge into them it was really dangerous as we had a 4 year old in a buggy we had a female pushing us out of the way to get to the the bus, totally over loaded, driver not concerned a bit of advice save up and go to the real one in florida as they don't tolerate this behavior

I am struggling with this review. I have been to Disney (all parks) Orlando several times in the past 15 years. I've also visited Disneyland in California. So this was my 3rd park. I was visiting with my 16 yrs old. I found it lacked magic. There was no staff to be found, we kept on getting lost due to the construction, there was no signs, the app didn't take into account the street blocages. We turned around a lot, and that kept on annoying me. On top of loosing precious time, it tired our feet (after 25000 steps). Probably because of the construction, there was also no options to rest for a minute in a spot where we didn't have to buy food, unless we sat on the floor.... which was dirty. Seriously, the lack of staff was everywhere. Restaurants, boutiques, street, etc. In terms of attractions, we liked several of them. My daughter loved Hyperspace, she did it a few times. Crush was OK, but I like the traditional attractions like Peter Pan or Snow White. We both liked the Tower of Terror and Small Word. of course. Food was OK, we had a good meal at Walt's, with great service. Then an OK veggie burger at Café Hyperion. I did like that they aired old Mickey cartoons while we ate. We wanted to buy cool snacks, but none to be found. So my daughter had a great day, mine was OK. I guess I miss the old magic of music and smells in the park, with greeters everywhere.

I mean, why should I expect different than anything Disney? Shame on me for not expecting to overpay to wait on long lines - testament to the greed and worship of the mouse. We went on Easter because we thought everything would be closed otherwise in Paris (it wasn’t, my mistake there as I can think of a million better ways to spend 600 euro for the day) and there would be fewer people. Sadly it was overcrowded like in Orlando, and lines were an hour plus for any good ride unless you forked over another 100 euro for a less bad wait. For the life of me I can’t understand what people see in Disney other than corporate greed. I should invest in Disney as they take advantage of (Disney) addicts. What a waste of time and money for the day - yuck

Visited in Dec 2023 We visited with pre-purchased tickets for both Disneyland and Walt Disney Studios on the same day on a mid-week day. We went via train (45-60min) from Paris and all the way the journey was well-signed from Paris to Marne-La-Vallee/Chessy station, from ticket purchasing to arrival. We opted to go to Walt Disney Studios first as there were more rides here that were more unique than Disneyland Paris that were similar to other Disneylands. We were in the entrance queue before the park opened. Visitors who stayed at the Disneyland hotels get to enter an hour early. All attractions were open during our visit and there was minimal queuing in the first few hours. By late morning the popular rides had queue times of up to 45-60min. By early afternoon, we'd completed our rides-list for Walt Disney Studios and hightailed to Disneyland. We managed to squeeze a few more rides in before making for the fireworks show by evening. Overall, it was a fun-filled day of 100years of Disney magic, and that includes the faux-snow that showering Main Street which makes for a wintery wonderland.

Queues - outrageous, up to 3 hours Staff - understandably annoyed Food - vile, overpriced Transfers - free but unsafe for kids Magical?? Many thousands of euros disappeared…. Voilà If you have to go, then I recommend lowering your expectations to the point of having major life or death surgery, where the outcome of survival is seen as a great success!! You have been warned!! Ps. No doubt platitudes will follow… sacre bleu

A particular staff member was very rude when we enquired about a Bambi pass for my pregnant partner, insinuating she wasn't pregnant even though we had a baby scan and NHS evidence, apparently NHS documents aren't accepted in France, basically spoilt the whole day.
