Pick-up details will be forwarded 24/48 hours before the tour date. Please, let us know if you do not receive an email with the exact pick-up time.

During the booking process we will request the name of your accommodation in order to confirm you the proper pick-up time and meeting point. If your accommodation is not on the pick up locations list, the transfer service it is not included, you must go on your own to the pick-up point.

Tolles Erlebnis. Synphatische Betreuung. Alles hat super geklappt. Auch die Abholung! Und es gab Delphine zu sehen! Alles war super!
A great experience. Sympathetic support. Everything went really well. Even the pick-up! And there were dolphins to see! Everything was great!

The crew was friendly and happy and they seemed to genuinely care about the wild life and the condition of the ocean. We saw some dolphins and it was easy to just sit on our seats with the kids and the crew made sure that everybody on every side of the boat saw the dolphins.

A lovely experience. Was picked up promptly and queued to get on the boat.
Recommend taking sickness tablets or sitting on the bottom floor as it is rocky despite very good weather conditions. A lot of children being sick!

We been picked up from our hotel and taken straight there with clear, easy to follow instructions. The crew were great and helpful, looking after everyone. Did indeed saw loads of dolphins! Would definitely recommend!

The crew were great and made sure we had a great view of the dolphins a number of times on the trip out and back. We saw several pods, the largest being probably 30 dolphins.

Lovely boat not too crowded. Saw lots of dolphins , whales and a turtle. Pick up took over 90 mins which was a bit much. Opted to get public bus home in 40 mins

We didn’t enjoy the trip. If you like to float in the waves then this might be for you. We wouldn’t recommend it because it felt like a waste of time and a whole day lost because of this booking. We could have done so many other and more interesting things. And I might add that there were no dolphins or whales in sight.

The boat was fine but unfortunatly we did not see anything. Many people got seesick from the waves and we lost 150 euros without the option to refund it.

What a memorable afternoon.
Transport exactly on time.
The boat was brilliant and the staff knowledgeable and funny.
We had the pleasure of seeing riso dolphins x 2 that came right up to the boat and a pod of Atlantic spotted dolphins that were amazing.
They were the most beautiful thing.
The Atlantic ocean was a little cold when we went for a swim but I don't think we can blame the boat for that - it was January.
All in all a wonderful experience we will remember always.
