Worse Excursion EVER ! I booked this dolphin experience for my 2 year old birthday. The captain of the boat was reckless and negligent with the passengers on the boat. Me and my 2 year old almost went overboard and was knocked onto the boat floor because of the captain driving. Water knock us off the seats into the air landed on the floor of the boat at the front of the boat. Then struggling get up the lady came to help but not once anyone apologized for the incident or turn around to take us back to the dock for safety concerns none the crew cared they continued with the cruise on top of one girl was on the phone with her mother hit her head on the boat due to the captain neglect. When wanted to contact for full refund no one responded to apologies for this matter instead the response was “ Camera footage will be reviewed “ and my refund was denied by the app. My 2 year old son foot / leg is broken and no one has yet contact me. This is a honest review i wouldn’t recommend this boat for anyone safety concerns due to reckless conduct by the company.

The cruise was well worth it and the staff was amazing I had to leave a tip! My husband had got sea sick and one of the staff members helped out

My child’s first time on the ocean, very memorable and very fun! We saw a pack of dolphins with two baby dolphins and a sea turtle!

It was so fun! The staff was welcoming, friendly, and informative. It was a gorgeous boat ride, we saw dolphins jumping, hunting, etc. If you have a crying baby, leave at home bc this boat can be quite rocky in the Gulf of Mexico waters.

The crew was amazing! We had so much fun and seen so many dolphins! The sunset was beautiful! Definitely one of the highlights of our family vacation!

The worst dolphin cruise ever! Hardly saw any dolphins. Crew was extremely rude and encouraging unsafe behaviors. We were the first family to arrive and a male worker told us to wait behind the yellow line. So we did as we were told and then at boarding time he allowed a family that just showed up to board ahead of everyone else. When we were boarding, I told him he told us to wait behind the yellow line and we would be boarded from there and he responded snarkily, "I didn't tell you anything sweetheart". During the cruise, the waves were extremely rough and the crew was encouraging people to move from one side of the boat to the other. People were falling all over the place and knocking into each other because the waves were swaying the boat. My sister-in-law almost got knocked overboard while carrying my niece and another family member almost fell down the stairs.

The crew was great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. My son got a bit sea sick due to rough water and the girl (I think Heidi or Haiti I feel bad for getting that wrong) I know it is. She was so sweet and gave him a free sprite and some tips to get it to go away. Definitely worth the money. We saw plenty of dolphins which made for a great experience.

It was a great place with amazing views. We rented a boat, hung out at the condo, ate really food. 10/10

This dolphin cruise was amazing! The cost was cheaper than others in the area. The captain and staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, & accommodating. They make a point to achieve everyone's desires while aboard. I highly recommend this dolphin cruise!
