The longest river on island 14.63 miles with mild rapids. You will be tubing for approximately 90 mins along with your guides. Refreshment stop along with changing facilities at the Hillsborough Reception

Pickup is done at the Visitor Information Center directly opposite the ship pier.

The driver was very informative with facts regarding the island of Dominica as we traveled 30” from the cruise ship. The water level was low as they hadn’t had rain in 2 weeks but there were several guides that traveled the river with us and helped thru the rapids and help prevent you from getting stuck on a rock. The water was very refreshing. My only complaint is that we had a group of 7, however when we arrived at the put in, there were more than 50 people also waiting to get in. Too crowded to enjoy any peaceful float, but overall a good experience.

Great guides who were very knowledgeable of the history of the island and made it a relaxing ride down a scenic river.

The Whacky Rollers team provided a safety presentation after we put on our helmets and life vests. We were also given a paddle to help push off any rocks we encountered. The team was extremely helpful in making sure we were all safe and didn’t get left behind. They all worked very hard. I got ejected from my tube and two team members came to my aid. There was rum bunch waiting for us at the end. I would do this tour again!

Entire staff were professional and very hospitable. Everyone worked really hard to make the excursion a memorable experience. The fish cakes at the end were excellent as well.

Organised excursion, took a short mini bus ride to the Roseau Valley. Where we were met by the Wacky Rollers team. We were issued with helmets, safety vests ( all checked by the team before we entered the water) then they gave us a paddle and our rubber ring. The scenery was beautiful. We travelled for approx 8 miles down river to met our mini bus. We had a very strong rum punch or a soft drink, chance to dry off , there were toilets and changing rooms and them taken back to the port. Highly recommend this excursion. The team were great. Singing songs , lots of team involvement. Our group was mixed ages. There was a guide assigned to the young children in our group, and they looked after the children extremely well. Water was crystal clear and not too cold. Definitely do this again. Give it a go.

Fun float down the River. Guides were friendly and attentive. Some small rapids and nice scenery. I would recommend it for families. Also included a hike to see a couple waterfalls.

It was a cool experience. They had low rainfalls so the current wasn’t as strong but the staff were awesome and were in the water pushing us through the stream anytime a tube was at a standstill. It was shaded and the scenery was pretty.

We had a GREAT time on this excursion. The quietness and beauty of the area surrounding the river was great. The water level was low because of the lack of rain, but the trip was so relaxing (I think I actually napped a little). The staff does a great job of keeping the group together and helping people when then end up out of the current. The ride to the location took about 30 minutes and had some great views. They provided everything we needed and kept out other items securely in our van while we went down the river. We would do this excursion again in the future for sure!!
