Rental can start and end up anytime between our normal operation hours. E-Bicycles and equipment will only be rented to adults age 18 or older. 16+ adults can only utilize bicycles and equipment under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian. A waiver must be signed at the time of the rental Pickup. We'll guide you to the most scenic routes in Jackson Hole and Grand Teton National Park. Electric bike rental is the best way to be immersed in the raw beauty of Jackson Hole. Our easy to use electric bikes require no more experience then a regular bicycle. They are silent, effortless and lots of fun! The valley of Jackson Hole has over 56 miles of paved pathways that link the town of Jackson to Teton Village and Grand Teton National Park. Door 2 Door E-Bikes is absolutely the BEST company for renting an E-Bike! With quality bikes, professional delivery, and a "customer comes first" attitude, this company made our day on the bike path incredibly memorable.
We rented three super fun Rad Runners and rode to Jenny Lake and back enjoying the beauty of the Tetons. Our sturdy E-bikes had water bottle holders, a carrier bag, and phone holder. They had plenty of power when needed too. Along the way we stopped to fish, spotted pronghorn antelope, and took way too many pictures.
The convenient free delivery and pick up of E-Bikes at our hotel was done in a friendly and professional manner. Door 2 Door E-Bikes maintained excellent communication with us, allowing us to easily adjust our turn-in time. Clearly the company focusses on the costumer's needs and happily makes accommodations.

Our day on the bikes was our favorite by far. With the shared paths to Jenny Lake and Teton Village, you couldn’t ask for a better was to see, feel and smell this beautiful part of our country. What an amazing way to see Grand Teton. This was the highlight of what was already a fantastic trip for my husband and me. The service was amazing with the bikes being dropped off and picked up right at our hotel. We actually mixed up our dates but they were so flexible and allowed us to have the bikes the following day. I'm also short so needed a small bike and they made sure I had a bike that worked for me. The bikes seemed to be new and in terrific shape and held their power for the whole day. We biked over 50 miles and still had lots of power left. THANK YOU VADIM for your wonderful service. We had a terrific time - and in fact, told the front desk of our hotel that they should be referring people to this adventure. I would DEFINITELY recommend this adventure - and this company while visiting Jackson Hole and Grand Teton.

Fantastic! My son, and I rented two e-bikes and had a phenomenal time. Vadim delivered the bikes right on time and was super helpful with the bike orientation and tips/recommendations for the ride. The bikes were in perfect condition and a blast to ride! If you come to the area this place is a must.

Great business. They dropped the bikes off on time at our hotel and we booked them for a full day. The e-bikes were basically brand new and they gave us clear instructions on how to operate them. Helmets were provided and they were pristine as well. Definitely plan your route out ahead of time and consult different maps because the bike trails are not clearly marked on all maps.
Returning the bikes was seamless and we just texted the bike guy once we got back to the hotel. He picked them up without any issues. The batteries on the bikes seemed to last more than estimated although we did not use the pedal assist all that much throughout the day.

Very kind and reliable company. Great quality e-bikes were delivered promptly to where we were staying. All aspects of the rental were easy. We rode 50 miles and the charge was above half when we returned them. Great bikes, great company..I highly recommend Door 2 door rentals.

We absolutely loved our electric bike rentals.
They were so easy to communicate with and the bikes were top notch!!!
(We met other bike renters that had much more basic electric bikes but I'm glad we had these deluxe bikes).
I also loved the throttle option if you got tired of peddling- but that does eat up your battery.
We had our bikes from 11-7 and went 65 miles - part of the " grand loop" was closed so we did have to back track. Yes we did reserve an extra battery and even though we didn't use all of the 2nd battery we needed most of it for our all day adventure.
I was a little nervous about biking and running into bears but the trail was well travelled and Jackson seemed to be active biking community.
I loved it!!!!

Our experience with Door2Door was excellent. I would highly recommend renting from this outfit and take the ride from Jackson to Jenny Lake as there are dedicated bike trails almost the entire way and the scenery is incredible. Vadim delivered right on time and picked up as scheduled. Great customer service. He gave us clear instructions on how to use the bikes and answered all of our questions. Bikes were in top notch shape. I would definitely rent from them again the next time I am in Jackson.
