Here, you will experience Downtown Medellin. This is an excellent place to see what daily life is like in Medellin. You will visit the world famous Blaza de Botero, Parque Berrio, and we will take a walk through downtown as we describe the history of each place that you see.

Stop At: Pueblito Paisa, Tunel av nutibara, Medellin 050030 Colombia
Pueblito Paisa sits ontop of the Nutibara Hill. It is a reproduction of a typical Colombian town outside of the city. It was built in the late 70's and here you will be able to see what a town is like here in Colombia. Their is also great souvenir stores, and the one of the best views of all of Medellin.

Comuna 13 was once considered the most dangerous neighborhood in all of Medellin. Today, it is completely safe. The neighborhood was able to change thanks to the citizens, and the art that each one of them provides. We will walk you through the entire neighborhood showcasing the different styles of art that they provide. This includes grafitti, gastronomy, brewing, music, sculptures, and many other types of art. This is the main attraction in Medellin right now, and we will tell you the story of how things were able to turn around for the Comuna 13.

We really enjoyed our private tour of Medellín with Andres. We visited downtown, Pueblita paisa and communa 13. It was nice to have a tour that you can stop and ask questions anytime needed and he could translate for shopping experiences. It was an enjoyable way to see the whole city without the inconvenience of a large group. I would highly suggest doing this private tour when you first arrive to learn about the city.

Medellin ToursCo went above and beyond to make our visit truly memorable. Since the beginning they were friendly, professional, and ready to help. Our guide, Carlos was outstanding as his passion for the city was contagious and his storytelling skills kept us engaged throughout the tour. The highlight of the tour was Comuna 13. It was an extraordinary experience that allowed us to appreciate the cultural richness of Medellin. Carlos really knew his way around Comuna 13 and also knew many of the locals here and best spots for food! I would highly recommend Medellin ToursCo to anyone looking for an amazing and immersive experience in Medellin.
