Very fun experience and a great alternative for classic sightseeing! We had so much fun, and our tourguide Daniel was nice, funny and made us feel safe on the japanese roads. I would totally recommend this, if you are heading to Tokyo! Although you don't get explanations about the things you see, you only get the names of the places. But you also have to be aware of traffic, so that's okay.

Went here for the first time and overall, we had a good time.
According to my research, this is the only place that offers Can-Am which has a route that goes through the Shibuya crossing. Prices for Can-Am is expensive but you can take 1 passenger with you on the back for FREE. They should put this important information on their website.
Majority of the staff were polite and friendly. Most of them do speak reasonable English. Place has lockers, cold water bottles, and some juices for free. You also get small photos at the end (This information should be on the website). Cell phone or any type of cameras are not allowed so forget about taking selfies, etc. Leave your belongings at the locker before you go on ride. If going on summer, book tour around twilight (sunset) so you get to enjoy both day and night driving and feeling and will not be as hot. It will be HOT in summer so bring hat, neck fan/cooler/wet towels, or whatever that will make you cool. You will be feeling roasted when stopping at the traffic signals. Don't wear costumes if doing in summer because, again, it will be very HOT! Wear costume in the shop and take pictures while you are waiting for the ride and then take it off. Wear light clothes! Don't forget to bring and apply plenty of sunscreen! Bring fishing type hat or that has a string to tie under your chin otherwise regular hats will fly away while driving! You do NEED International Driving License to drive the Kart and/or Can-AM.
Reason why I took 1 star off is because this is the only place that specifically ASK for the tips. Japan does not have tipping culture, so this request was odd for me specially after paying heavy price already. They should put this on their website so people can bring cash with them and don't be surprised. Children with certain heights are allowed to go on Can-Am with you as a passenger. Again, they should put this important information on the website. No protective gears are provided! Not even for the kids! They should at least provide/offer helmet and other protective gears for free specially if a kid is going to ride. Be very careful if taking kids with you. No bathroom is available at the premises! This important information should be on the website. Make sure to come relax otherwise you will suffer.
Last but not least, they should have plenty of pedestal/stand/oscillating/ceiling fans inside the shop if AC cannot be installed/run. I only saw 2 very small fans that was barely working. Summer is unbearable and I am not sure why cooling for customers was not thought upon.

Went touring with Ken and had so much fun! Went riding at some good speeds through Shinjuku, shibuya, Harajuku and other places as well! Ken was awesome and made it very fun to tour with! Took so many good pictures but the website is giving me problems on posting them. Sadly my mom couldn’t join this time but we are definitely going to go again next time we come to Japan!

We did not experience the go-karts as we arrived 15 minutes after the tour start time due to circumstances beyond our control. Despite multiple calls to Monkey -Kart directly before our tour time and chats to the company, the owner was unaccommodating and sharply responded that we are at fault and should call Viator. In turn Viator said the company rejected the refund request.
