Fun zip lines but not outstanding. We had about an 1h15min drive each way. On the way there the driver/guide was very informative but hard to hear in the back. Once we got to the location... We sat ready for at least an hr. There were around 90 plus others from different tour versions going at the same time. They didn't start the instructions until everyone showed up and did their thing /geared up.
The course had 12 ziplines. Very scenic but at least 4 of the my college age kids couldn't go far enough. (1st time ever for this). The lines either need to be tighter or the platforms are not high enough. The workers were great though. There wasn't a ton of walking or stairs. They move you through the lines fast. I guess so you can visit the shop longer.
After, we had to wait for all 90 ppl to complete it.. Get pics and do whatever so we could leave (45 min of waiting). Our whole bus was just sitting waiting... Too much down time. Overall.. A lot wasted time and way to many ppl at once for average zip lines.

Such an amazing day. Full of fun and adventure. Flying over tree tops, rivers from mountain to mountain. All the staff were amazing friendly and never rushed you.

Rafael and Angel were great. Angel shared lots of information about the Dominican Republic and its culture on the drive. Rafael was by far the best driver we had during our trip. The ziplines were fun and the staff were all nice

Amazing experience! Definitely a must when you’re in Punta Cana. My wife and I absolutely loved it. Would do it again.

Excellent day out. Juan Cruz or Dominican Tom Cruz was our tour guide and he was great, friendly, funny, hardworking and has great knowledge of the island and the local community.
The zip lining was great 12 different lines and various heights and length- my 14 and 16 daughters loved it. The guides were friendly and very well trained. Would definitely recommend.

Had a great time, and great instructors and safety persons on each platform. Lots of fun and beautiful grounds. The weather was perfect as well and added to the enjoyment.

Loved this excursion! My husband had never been ziplining before and he really enjoyed it. Pick up and drop off were good with Nathaniel, however we were waiting around a bit after our ziplining finished to get on the bus. John the main instructor was very clear on directions and also pretty funny. One note I’ll say is that it’s kind of misleading to say that it’s “dual side by side ziplining”. There’s only one line that is dual side by side. But overall we had a good time!

Amazing! The time on the lines goes by fast. Try your best to enjoy your surroundings....look down first and then all around! Great staff and they are patient, polite and make jokes to help ease the nervous ones.
My only suggestion would be to add the distances between the platforms so we know how far we are soaring. Would definitely do it again 🤩

Very well planned and informational. Felt comfortable going down the zip lines from the very first one. Our guide Luis on the way to the lines was hilarious and had lots of information. Overall an awesome experience.

Very well organized. Pick up time was exact. The guide was amazing with great English and interesting stories. The zip lines are organized well as well - all is quick and clear and safe. If you do more than 8 lines, prepare to be tired of waking - it's really a few minutes, but a bit exhausting due to the heat.
The bust was big, new, with good conditioning.
Conversation with tour operator to get details of pick up was easy and clear, though we've booked a tour for 1pm only a night before, so they have organized it all great just within half a day.
The tour took us about 5h from pick-up to drop-off.
Do recommend if you like to fly :)
