Experience was much less than advertised. Complained to Viator and even substantiating my complaint with documentation, they refused to rectify the situation. Buyer beware with Viator as they do not stand care about customer experience. We expressed a dangerous driving experience getting to venue and it seemed inconsequential to Viator's corporate customer service besides the lack of product advertised and delivered.

They cancel the pick up hours before, the tourist operator said that they don’t provide that service for 1 person but they charged anyway… so I didn’t take it and I waiting flor a resoltution with Viator for the refound

So we did this dinner cruise because of the go city Dubai pass. I emailed the company for reservation same day they were very quick to respond. stated that we get a notice by 14:00 with exact location for 20:00 boarding time. By 16:00 I hadn't heard anything so I emailed them. They responded with the location map showed Dukkan buger but its actually across from kava and chai. The dhow was super bright and check in was quick we got upstairs and they would just sit people. The table had a bottle of water. Then a server came with a shot of orange juice. You could buy alcohol but we didnt find there options appealing. The buffet was actually really good lots of variety to choose from. A man cooked pasta to order either spaghetti or penne with red or white sauce this part was not very good super undercooked. The Deserts were ok as well lots of choices. During dinner server came back around with another shot glass but of coke this time. Very small and strange to go from orange juice to a Coke. During dinner was hoping for some entertainment But no entertainment just music playing from what sounded like the radio. We also left early from the dock at first we seemed to be cruising quick then we slowed down. The night ended with a guy dancing in a circle with a flashing skirt which was a highlight. Overall a nice night in a beautiful area but definitely some work needs to be done with providing entertainment.

This is an excellent evening dhow cruise on a luxury boat with bbq dinner and cold drinks. Enjoyed the dance and excellent view of the city at night.

All communications were great and food was lovely.
Due to Ramadan the times had changed to 6pm till 8pm which wasn’t a problem, we were picked up 10 minutes late (still not a big issue) the driver silently and grumpily drove to the dock and then turfed us out the car at 5.30pm we were then informed we couldn’t board the boat till 6pm so we stood in the boiling heat until 6.20pm when we got on the boat, we sat down stairs which boasted air conditioning , well there were lots of fans on great but the 6 air conditioning units were off , it was very warm ! The cruise also boasts music, horse show, magic show , tea and coffee as well as a 2 hour cruise none of this happened and we cruised for 1 hour and 15 minutes ( we left the dock at 6.50 and arrived back and in the transfer car for 8.10) the driver was accompanied by I think a colleague and chatted in the native tongue the whole journey and during no point did the driver help me or my daughter out of the car or my disabled husband who sported a walking stick , the driver then thought it appropriate to hold his hand out for a tip !!!! I DON’T THINK SO

Wir waren die Ersten, die abgeholt wurden und standen dann mehr als 1 Stunde rum. Eigentlich sollte die Fahrt 20.30 Uhr beginnen, was aber erst 20.45 Uhr der Fall war.
Als wir aufs Schiff gelassen wurden, schockierten uns die dreckigen Tischdecken und Stuhlüberzüge. Auf dem 8-er Tisch, wo wir mit 6 Personen saßen, gab es nur 4 Gläser und auch nur 4 Serviette. Später wurden dann noch ein paar kleine Plastebecher gebracht.
Das internationale und regionale Essen eines 5-sterne-Caterings war für uns Europäer nicht zu genießen – also die reinste Katastrophe. Am meisten hat uns angeekelt, dass andere Gäste, wahrscheinlich arabischer Herkunft- laut Kleidung, die Fladenteilchen mit vollen Händen aus den Behältern genommen haben obwohl jemand vom Servicepersonal daneben stand und mit der Zange Sachen austeilte.
Dier Männertoilette war so saumäßig, dass unsere Männer sich richtig geekelt haben. Die Damentoilette war nicht so schlimm, dafür musste man aufpassen, dass man nicht mit der ganzen kaputten Toilette umfiel.
Die Krönung kam noch zum Schluss. Lange bevor wir anlegten, nach 1 1/2 Stunden statt 2 Stunden, wurden uns die Trinkgläser – egal ob man ausgetrunken hatte oder nicht, weggenommen. Auch die anderen Utensilien vom Tisch wurden abgeräumt, damit man noch besser die dreckige Tischdecke bewundern konnte.
Wir können diese Reise gar nicht empfehlen.
