Terrible experience! Tourist trap!
The worst cruise you can book in Dubai!
The food is horrible , cold not enough.
Instead of 2 hours they cruised only one hour
Service is horrible! Never again

If I could, I would give a 0, but I give a 1, since thats the lowest possible rating. They cancelled the booking the morning of, for the new years, since they put the wrong price. They proposed a new price multiplied by 4, and instead of picking us up from our hotel, they told us to take the metro. Poor organization that is now costing us our New Year’s Eve as a family. This is completely unacceptable and I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

The staff once we boarded were excellent with the little resources they have to work with. They tried to make the experience as enjoyable as possible. Our main issued was we were told to be at the hotel pick up for 6:30 and the driver did not arrive until 7:45. When we got off the bus it was total disorganization trying to get on the boat. The food was very good even though it was totally catered to the Indian population. That should be told to everyone when booking. By the time we ate it was at least 9pm which is much too late. We were led to believe we would be pick up at 6:30 and be eating by 7:30. People were so hungry they were eating off their plate as they were standing in the buffet line. We would not recommend your cruise for these reasons.

Whilst the views and the service was good, the treatment of the bird used in the ‘magic’ show was appalling and horrified to see use of animals in this setting in 2023. The food was very average and entertainment was on par. The photographer was extremely and uncomfortably pushy with sales, would not recommend.

Marina is lovely but that is where it stopped
Food was average and you had your like dry chicken. Music sytem and music was ridiculous. Should of known when there weren't many patrons aboard.This could of been so much better and a Dubai highlight but we couldn't wait to get off.

The driver got lost and couldn’t find guests at one hotel, talk about embarrassing. Would have been better to ask them to get a taxi and reimburse the couple .:The cruise was ok , food wasn’t wow . A lot of hype . The guy on our boat who did the dancing was amazing.

Very nice meal and entertainment. We enjoyed our time on the cruise. The views of the Dubai skyline and creek side buildings were amazing.

Slightly expensive. Music quality was not up to the standard. It was bit of a mixed feeling. Sailing time needs to be little more. Nevertheless it had a good ambience.
