My friend and I rented e bikes in Moorea, it was my first time riding one. We were staying on a yacht anchored in Cooks Bay, they were able to drop off the bikes near the dingy dock for us, which made it very convenient. They arrived promptly at the agreed time and fully explained the equipment to us and also the points of interest on the provided maps.
They adjusted the seats to properly fit us, making it easy to peddle.
The equipment was very well maintained and in excellent condition.
We had a great time making our way around the Island, stopping at various places for coffee and lunch.
The scenery was nice and there is a bike lane in many sections of the highway. Even in areas without a bike lane drivers were courteous and we never felt in danger.
Coming up a large hill, I popped the chain, due to my inexperience. We phoned them up and they promptly arrived, cheerful as ever, to rescue us. They weren't upset about the chain and were happy we had such a good time.
As someone who has difficulty riding a bike back home, likely due to poor seat placement I was skeptical I would be able to make it around the Island, but it was effortless, and I'm 66 years old, and overweight. The battery's had plenty of charge left on them at the end of our ride.
I would highly recommend this activity for anyone visiting the Island. Great people, great equipment and great service

Exploring the island of Moorea made for a wonderful experience. However, the quality of the bikes did not look well-maintained made for a challenging adventure. My husband’s e-bike did not go past 25km and had to forego a trail that required going up an incline; the treads on both bikes look worn out. And, the speedometer on my bike was severely cracked and hard to see. The e-bike given to me was much larger for my height even though I included the required info for the rental.

We had a great time on the E-Bikes. The tour operator met us on the peir went over the bike functions and map of Moorea. The bikes worked perfectly and were easy to operate. We loved our E- Bike adventure in this tropical paradise. We highly recommend this adventure.

Jesse was awesome. Explained the map and the best places to see, eat and not miss. He was super responsive and we had a blast! HIGHLY reommend the Ebikes in Moorea. PERFECT way to get around and see ALOT!

The island is beautiful and the bikes are a great way to see it. The operator on the other hand could improve their customer service skills.
They arrived appropriately 25 min late and then it took another 40 min before we were ready to go. One bike had a flat tire which needed pumping and after setting things all up, I was given a bike with a dead battery. It took way too long to get going.
On return we were unable to leave the bikes in a safe place and had to wait for the operator to return. Originally we were told we could call anytime and they would be available to help. When we returned with the bikes we were told they could not come for another 30 min. In the end we ended up waiting 1 hour 20 min for them to return to pick up their bikes.

This was a wonderful experience! Jesse's communication prior to the trip and service during the ride were fantastic! We had a mechanical issue on one of the bikes and Jesse responded promptly and was able to get us back on the road quickly. Two hours later, we got a flat and, again, Jesse was there in a flash and we rode in the truck back to the port (since we had less than an hour to go before our ferry deported). Seeing Moorea by ebike is definitely the best way to see it and EBike Moorea was an awesome and unforgettable experience!! Thanks Jesse!

Bikes are in great condition and easy riding. Most cars are respectful of bikers. Took lots of breaks due to the heat and had great lunch at Tiki Ma’a.

The owners were very friendly and took the time to make recommendations on places to visit. We had a great time biking around and exploring the island. Drop-off and pick-up was easy.

The e-bikes were brought to us at our hotel and picked up when we were done for the day. The island is very bike friendly with bike lanes, bike parking, and easy access to beaches. This is a great way to see the island!
