We have embarked on the journey with Mody tours and it has been a delight and an experience. The pickup from the airport was fantastic , Mohamed gave us a great introduction to Egypt and the next day our tour guide Ceaser gave us a very personal tour of the pyramids. His background in history and his knowledge made it a very special experience to the point others from other groups stopped to listen in to him. Things were a bit shakey getting onto the cruise but we made it to find the group that we would be doing our tours with and a (different) Mohammed gave us our tour throughout the Nile. He was patient with us and his have us detailed explanation of the sites. We have been given the all clear for hot air balloons and really looking forward to Alexandria but so far the trip has been great and would recommend it for anyone who wants to switch off and just cruise through Egypt. It is particular great for older explorers and families. It would have also been good to get an approximate of what the extra costs would be to help us budget better as they seem to creep up out of nowhere.

Was so impressed with our treatment and guidance throughout the whole tour.Having a medical delay,we were looked after so well and all arrangements were made by Mody tours. We caught up with our tour party and did not miss anything. Ahmed was a brilliant tour guide and cannot fault his expertise, patience and humour as he guided us with perfection. He was always there to see us off and there when we returned from excursions just checking in to see how our day was. Flexibility was amazing with flights transport and the like. Cannot fault the man. Loved this tour and would recommend to any age group. Thankyou ,thankyou for such a wonderful tour of Egypt.

This was an absolutely fantastic trip to experience all of the best sights of ancient Egypt. We travelled across the country, visiting the iconic pyramids, the sphinx, the temples as well as the optional extras of Alexandria and Abu Simbel- which we would recommend. The tour was well organised and our tour guide Mahmoud was excellent, she was incredibly well informed about ancient and modern Egypt and always made sure we were looked after. We would highly recommend this trip, it was truly the adventure of a lifetime!

I had an amazing vacation in Egypt with Mody Tours! Everything was very well planned out and my tour guides (sherif in Cairo and Mahmoud from Luxor to Aswan) were very knowledgeable and completely took care of me to be sure I had a wonderful time. They were very willing to take many photos of me at the different sites. Any questions I had during my trip were responded to very quickly using WhatsApp making sure I could completely enjoy my vacation. The hotel (Barcelo Cairo Pyramids) and cruise ship (King Tut I) were both very beautiful. I loved my first visit to Egypt and will plan to return again in the future !

I could not recommend this tour when it comes to the hotel stay (acomodations). We couldn't get enough information about our stay. We were taking to a very small hotel far from everything. With great staff but maybe 2 star hotel. Far from everything. Maybe good for very young travelers, students etc. The first night got a room with 4 twin beds and no bathroom inside. The next day we were moved to a better room (inside bathroom), but it was definitely not even a 3 star hotel. But yes, great staff. We did checkout and move to a much better hotel. If you don't mind where you stay, you will be ok. The actual tour was great. Our driver was excellent, Eslam and our tour guide, Sherif. They were both amazing and very knowledgeable. They made a difference for us. The cruise was great, but when we were getting back to Cairo to fly back home the next day, they wanted to take us back to the original hotel , more than an hour away in Giza, to bring us back 6 hours later to the airport. Not a hotel in Cairo? Knowing that we didn't stay in the hotel. I would recommend this company (Moody) only for the tour part, not for accommodation or travel options. Eslam, Sherif and Mahmoud were great. Specially Sherif. They made the difference.b

Excellent customer service, the tour manager response in a timely manner. We really loved the Barcelo resort they booked for us when we were staying in Cairo Giza city. Also, in Cairo our tour guide Mahmoud and the driver Ramy they were supper helpful. I really appreciate their help and patient. I want to buy the turkey coffee pot, they went to look for a couple coffee shops. Also, our flight was always so early in the morning and late at night, the driver Hassan is still supper nice to us. Moreover, our Nile river tour guide Hani, he is responsible and considerate. Even though in our group there were lot of unhappy things happened, but he is still trying so hard to accommodate everybody's need. Strongly recommend the mody tours.

The experience was certainly very positive, I left on my own, and I was always followed from the moment I disembarked from the plane until I returned home. I had cars and drivers and guides all to myself! both the guide in Cairo and the guide in Luxor were very accurate and knowledgeable and kind and took care of me for everything, including medicines. The program had everything I wanted to see and that was it. The hotel in Cairo was very good and the buffet varied. The cruise ship was a little older than other ships and the buffet was pretty much the same every day. But the crew were lovely, very sweet and very nice people and that was more important. It is important to know that people get paid very little so tipping is very important for them, put it in your travel budget, it is not explained very clearly, but I would like to point it out. In conclusion I have to say that I highly recommend this trip and this company.
