The tour was supposed to take 40 minutes and took over 3 hours due to too many people going and security lines. The guide was great.

Simply put they cancelled the tour 30 min before it started. Everyone knows it takes time to get to the Eiffel Tour. Had it been a day early I would understand. We were standing at the meeting place waiting to meet the group. We ended up standing in line for an hour and a half just to get tickets to the top. Ended up spending 5 hours of time instead of the 2.5 on the tour. Disappointed

Our first visit at Eiffel and Paris! Was magical!!!
We had amazing time with our group and our guide had very interesting stories to tell.
In general it was perfect day at the tower and weather was nice

While the guide was good. We only found her by accident. We got there on time however we were not given precise instructions as to where to go and were told to go to the wrong place. Viator was extremely difficult to contact. One number was an answer machine in French which then hung up . All the other numbers were expensive to call with no answers. It was very distressing. We thought we had blown our money on this tour altogether. We had no idea where to go or who was providing the service. There was another large family group from the US in the same distress

It was an amazing experience! The tower was even more beautiful than I had imagined from the photos, truly unforgettable and captivating! Our guide, Goran, was incredibly knowledgeable and engaging. His stories about the tower and the landmarks of Paris were fascinating. Thank you so much!
