Itinerary
Get ready to explore the exotic flora and fauna of the El Yunque Rainforest on the most exhilarating way.
The initial hike/walk is a 30 min. journey up a dirt/rock path with some river wading. This trail is surrounded by bamboo trees, rainforest flowers, and many other beautiful plants. We will first visit a collecting pool that forms at the base of a waterfall.
The adventure finishes in a pool area, its best-kept secret. After a few minutes of hiking (more advanced), arrive at a natural river where you can swim, swing from a rope, jump from different cliff heights and enjoy the natural waterslides.
The Zipline Adventure part of the excursion consists of 7 Zipline platforms and 1 rappel station, each strategically located within the rainforest canopy. All landing platforms are equipped with safety gear and handrails, and a guide will be there to help you land safely and move through the course.
Your Zipline adventure begins with a jump from the first platform to the second, 150ft away. Midway through your zipline experience, you will reach a platform where you will be easily and safely rappelled down to another one to continue onto your next zipline.

At time of booking, Cruise ship passengers must provide the following information at time of booking: ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and re-boarding time
Refunds will not be issued if activity is missed due to failure to notify correct weight, location, for late or non-arrival participants
Must wear comfortable clothing. Tennis or closed toe hiking shoes (no sandals or flip flops allowed), swimsuit, bring a towel and change of clothes.
Must have a good breakfast before departing on this activity
Participants must be physically capable of walking thru steep, rocky, muddy trails for long periods, and have balance to walk by uneven surfaces.
Pregnant ladies, persons with previous injuries, back or knee problems or recent surgery, mobility impairments or other serious medical conditions cannot participate on this activity.
Children must be 7 years or older to participate.
This activity is subject to weather and river conditions. In the event cancellation we will offer other options, reschedule or provide refund.
Minimum number of 4 guest for activity to apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there is not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund
No persons will be allowed to participate on the Zipline portion wearing only bathing suits.
Due to safety reasons participants must be able to understand English or Spanish. Legally blind or deaf persons are not able to participate due to the same. A Private Rainforest excursion would be the most appropriate option on these cases.
Estimated activity duration of 10 hours includes: 3.5 hours at the forest, 1.5 to 2 hrs at zipline,1.5 hr driving each way and lunch time.
Bus will wait only 5 minutes after your assigned pick up time. No refunds will be issued if you miss your pick up.
Published starting time is only an estimate. Exact pick up time will be provided the DAY PRIOR to your activity.
Bespoke LM Reserves the Right of Admission - If a person appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, not following instructions or causing disruptions the Guide has the right to Cancel their reservation at any moment, and No Refunds will be issued due to this.
While the excursion explores the El Yunque region, it does not include a visit to the El Yunque National Forest, managed by the U.S. Forest Service.
Persons with the previously listed health restrictions cannot participate on the activity. No refunds will be authorized if a person neglects to read complete description and does not meet the safety requirements and limitations on the day of the activity.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund

The experience is absolutely worth it! The hike isn't difficult at all, but it's a good idea to wear closed shoes as they might get muddy. The natural waterslides are wild and crazy, yet incredibly fun, just like the cliff heights and rope swing. My guide, George, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the rainforest. Although breakfast and lunch aren't included, they take you to two different restaurants serving fresh and delicious food. Plus, they conveniently pick you up and drop you off near your hotel, which is a big help if you don't have a car. The zipline was also amazing! It was my first time trying it, and surprisingly not scary at all. I truly enjoyed every single second of it.

We were so impressed by the warmth of the tour guides who treated us like family and even took photos for us along the way when our phones weren’t with us because they knew we’d care about the memories! The tour was so much fun and involved so much adventure and there were many beautiful stops along the way.

Adriana, our guide, was SO WONDERFUL! It's clear that she found her dream job, because showing new friends these beautiful places is something she is SO GREAT at!
As someone who doesn't really love water, i have to say, this was worth every penny, and it was so much more fun than i could have imagined. I felt safe, capable, and exhilarated!
And Adriana was a huge part of that. Her enthusiasm and care were, i think, part of why it was so special and fun.
So if you are hesitating for any reason, just go ahead and book it! I'm so glad I took the leap. Many, many leaps. ;)

Took my money, sent a ticket, than day of event they never showed up and claimed they never saw our reservation!
We did however get our money back. Whole purpose to visit Puero Rico was for the rainforest zipline.

Tour with Bespoke was an amazing experience they were very knowledgeable about the history of the rainforest and safety. We did a tour along with Jaime, Mitchell and I forgot the bus drivers name but they were amazing it was fun very satisfied with the hike tour thank you guy's

Most important thing that I didn't find in the tour's description: The rainforest portion of the tour focuses on natural water slides along the river. Some wading through water, navigating some rugged trails, but with expert help along the way. Two of our group really enjoyed it, but one of our group wasn't able to submerge his head and had to wait at a waypoint halfway while the rest of us continued the hike and went sliding. Had we known about the slides, we would have selected a different activity.
