This is a typical itinerary for this product
Stop At: El Yunque Hiking Area, El Yunque National Forest Puerto Rico
The tour includes hiking, climbing, canyoning, cliff jumps, rope swing, swimming in waterfalls, and sliding down waterfall slides. You do as much as you feel comfortable with. Our guides will explain the flora and fauna of the surrounding Rainforest and we will provide proper safety gear like life jackets, Helmets, and knee pads. We require you to wear sneakers. No sandals or water shoes so your feet are protected from the rock environment and are able to climb the rock walls. We provide pictures of the tour so you don't risk breaking or loosing your cameras and phones. Snacks and refreshments at the end of the excursion is also provided.

If you chose the package with transportation, please provide the address or hotel in or around the San Juan area. If you have your own car rental or would like to Uber to the meeting point please meet us in front of Farmacia Caridad the old CVS in Fajardo next to Highway 3.

It was a grueling hike for us, we did not train and are not avid hikers, but we enjoyed every minute of it. Julio was patient and a great guide. He stopped along the way to explain plants, animals sounds and point out the beauty of the forest. It was an exhilarating experience to jump from the rock into the river and a great story to tell our grandkids!!

This was truly an unforgettable experience. The spring water was cool and refreshing. The hike was adventurous and so munch fun. We were part of a small group, 6 people only, and it felt personalized. Julio was our driver and tour guide. We enjoyed his company. He was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. The rocks are slippery so be careful. Be prepared to be out of your comfort zone, but we never felt forced to do any of the waterslides or jumps. Will definitely do this tour again with Julio.

It was fun but def wear water shoes or shoes you dont mine getting full soaked, it a lot of balance walking thru mud or rocks so if you not great on uneven surfaces this might not be your thing. Great time tho

I truly enjoyed the excursion and the experience. It is not for the weak! You definitely have to be in shape and you have to be able to hike and climb rocks. There are a lot of rocks and a lot of climbing that you have to do to get to the waterfall part. It can be very strenuous if you do not really work out. I exploring the rainforest and learning about the flora and everything. I enjoyed the waterslides, jumping into the water, and the rope swinging into the water. Our tour guide Julio is amazing! He was so knowledgeable about everything and really explained the rainforest of Puerto Rico. He was also very helpful to the fact that I needed help with some of the climbing on the rocks because they were so steep and tall. Some of the rocks were taller than me.

We had a small group of six. Our tour guide was Juan. He was knowledgeable, explained and demonstrated to as as needed. We had a good time. We would definitely go back the next time we visit.

This is an extreme adventure not for the weak. You climb wet boulders to get to waterfalls and man mad slides. It’s is a 1.5 up and 1.5 climb back down. U need to be able to swim and climb. Otherwise don’t do this.

The most memorable experience was how our tour guide took care of us and cared about our safety. He was so experienced and led us around the crowds, so we had a more personal adventure.
