Catering to residents, utility workers, commercial drivers, and anyone passing by, Frutera Flores has served up the best smoothies, fresh fruit, and authentic Puerto Rican food in Luquillo for decades. Grab a fresh mango, avocado, alcapurrias, empanadas, or hot dish to go! La Frutera Flores will also have restroom access, drinks, souvenirs, and last minute items before entering the forest!

Stop At: El Yunque Hiking Area, El Yunque National Forest Puerto Rico
Enjoy a ride through El Yunque National Park with views of the peak above and ocean below. Soak in the scenery, history, and culture as we pass through Rio Mameyes, Puente Roto, and the Angelito Trail Head, en route to our private access point.
Once reaching our trail, we will embark on a moderate 15-20 minute walk through the canopy of the rainforest. Engulf yourself in nature's beauty and the soundscape of local birds and the famous coqui! The payoff waiting for you at trail's end is the refreshing waters of El Yunque! Enjoy the locally coveted Las Paylas natural waterslide and waterpark for an exhilarating experience like no other. With access to 2 natural waterslides, a hidden waterfall, natural pool, and cave, there is something for every level of adventurer here! Or, enjoy the ambiance from afar and feel the excitement and energy of those partaking! Either way you will get an authentic feel of what Puerto Rico's national treasure has to offer.

After enjoying your time in the Rainforest walking and swimming in the pristine waterways, its time to head to the popular Luquillo Beach. Put your toes in the sand or take a dip in the Atlantic Ocean as the sun starts to set on a beautiful day.
Kioskos de Luquillo is located at Luquillo Beach and about a 2 minute walk from the ocean and sand. Guests will have a total of 2 hours to enjoy the beach, shops, restaurants and bars before heading back to the San Juan area!

End your afternoon by indulging in the best of Puerto Rican culture. Smells, sounds, and tastes are abundant at Los Kioskos, a strip of restaurants and souvenir shops that house some of the best food on the island! Kick back with a refreshment in hand and let the sun set on a most memorable day in paradise.

The total duration of the tour from pickup to drop off is 6 - 8 hours depending on pickup location, traffic, and the pace of the group. . For the 10:30 am tour expect to return 4:30-5:30 pm. For the 12:30 pm tour expect to return 6:30 to 7:30 pm.
This adventure does not enter the ticketed section of El Yunque National Forest, managed by the U.S. Forest Service. Guests will not be required to purchase additional tickets.
This adventure does not make the 2 hour hike to the peak or towers as that trail may not be suitable for all of our guests.
The minimum age to attend this tour is 4 years old. Guests who are not 4 years old or older will not be permitted to attend the tour and will forfeit any cost associated with their ticket.
The nature walk is a moderate walk through the natural terrain of El Yunque. When there is rain in the rainforest, the trail can become muddy and the walk will be more challenging. We recommend travelers wear a bathing suit under comfortable clothes, a pair of shoes you don't mind getting wet with a pair of sandals or water shoes to change into, and a towel to dry off.
Guest will be able to leave belongings on the bus. The tour provider will not be held responsible for items or belongings lost or damaged during this adventure
El Yunque Rainforest is monitored by the Puerto Rican Government. If conditions become hazardous and a portion of El Yunque is closed to preserve the safety of guests, the tour provider will extend the time at Luquillo Beach and Los Kioskos.
Not recommended for elderly travelers or guests in poor physical condition.

Amazing experience with even more amazing people! David was a great guide and was very knowledgeable on basically every part of the trip. He and Papi Chulo make a greta couple, very funny and enthusiastic guys. The rainforest adventure was very engaging with a light hike, the water slide was amazing and jumping into the river was very enjoyable and easy. The beach and kioskos strip was fun and very affordable considering we ate at several restaurants and also participated in rental jet skiing.

Great trip with multiple activities. First there was a stop at a market to get supplies and snacks. This was followed by a short hike through a rain forest that led to a natural rock water slide. We then went to a beautiful beach area that had kiosks for food and shopping. Our driver was entertaining and attentive.

Outstanding! Our guide Bryant made the trip a great party, and at the same time we slid down the rock slide and parked at the beach, he taught us some great Puerto Rican history. Would recommend this tour and Bryant 100%!!

Luis was absolutely amazing! Funny, personable and made us feel very comfortable and safe! The waterfall and slide were so much fun! When we went to the beach portion we road jet skis and had fun on them as well. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I thought we would have more hiking time. If you are expecting to hike for more than 20 minutes this may not be the tour for you. Although it was a good time we thought in addition to the water slides we would be hiking more scenic routes. This may have been my fault when booking the trip and reading the details. Overall if you are looking for a quick trip through el Yunque with fun water slides and a wonderland tour guide then this is the trip for you!

Luis was an exceptional tour guide! He adapted the tour to the interests and abilities of the group, and he was diligent in providing guidance along the way. Definitely follow his advice what to wear and when—particularly the water shoes or extra socks! The water falls were beautiful, well worth the short muddy trail to them. The Luquillo beach area had lots of places to eat just steps away from the sand—with pizza, burgers, and authentic Puerto Rican food available. Revolution pizza was both delicious and reasonably priced. This tour was a great experience!
