Many of Hawaii’s alii (royalty) lived in Waikiki and King Kalakaua selected a 300-acre track of land at the base of Diamond Head for a public park in 1867. Today, it is a gathering place that thrives with walkers, runners, tennis enthusiasts and picnickers. Grab lunch on Kalakaua Avenue and enjoy it in one of the shaded picnic areas scattered around this colorful park.

Hawaii’s most recognized landmark is known for its historic hiking trail, stunning coastal views, and military history. Diamond Head State Monument encompasses over 475 acres, including the interior and outer slopes of the crater.

Maximum rider weight is 275 for E-Bikes.
The minimum age for riders is 15. Children 15-18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Make sure to wear closed toe shoes and suntan lotion! Please do not wear long dresses or skirts as they can effect your safety when riding.
There is no minimum height, but we have found individuals under 5 feet may have more difficulty riding eBikes.
Rider entrance fee for Diamond Head is not included
eBikes are recommended for taller riders.

This was the perfect way to see Diamond Head. Our tour guide, Dave, was knowledgeable and easy-going. He was also a wonderful photographer documenting our day. The bikes are new and easy to operate. The helmets have built-in speakers and microphones allowing all the riders to communicate with each other.

Ryan was awesome, the equipment was new and easy to use. He was super knowledgeable, great conversationalist and planned a super fun, easy-going tour. I even tried to book a 2nd tour for the very next day! Highly recommend.

Amazing trip using e-bikes to head up to Diamond Head. Highly recommended. Perfect to have a guide to hike with you. History of WW 2 as a defence site was great!

Ryan was fantastic! We really enjoyed our time with him. We were celebrating our 30th anniversary and were lucky enough to be the only two on the trip that day. I had never ridden an electric bike, and he was very patient and explained the process well. After a goofy mistake or two on my part, I became more confident and comfortable. The tour, ride and hike were excellent, Ryan pointed out many interesting places and views, including some history, and fun information about the island and area. Views from the top of Diamond Head were fantastic! He also was terrific about taking lots of pictures of us, in great spots, then sending the link to us to view and get them. We finished it off with shave ice towards the end, which was perfect! Highly Recommend, thanks Ryan for a great day, and don’t forget…come see us in Montana! 🥰⛰️🦬

Excellent tour!! Couldn’t have asked for a better way to explore Diamond Head. Ryan, our tour guide went out of his way to make sure we had a great time!! Definitely a must do activity in Oahu!!

We loved our time on this tour! Ryan did an excellent job leading us through the area on our e-bikes. The ride was fun and allowed us to see a number of different areas including a few Nationally Registered Historic Homes, parts of the famous Waikiki Beach front, and Diamond Head National Park. The hike views and history were worth the effort. The tour concluded with a stop for some delicious shaved ice. Great tour experience. We highly recommend! Thanks again, Ryan, for making the experience so enjoyable!!

Had a wonderful time and got some really amazing pictures! The views on top of diamond head were incredible, and the bikes were fun and easy to use. Our tour guide, Ryan, was excellent and gave us very good information. Top notch.

This was a great experience. Ryan was very friendly, and informative, and it made for an super enjoyable experience. Just the right amount of exercise/effort, really appreciated the ebike to be able to keep up with traffic, and also enjoy the hike once I got there. Excellent!
