The number of scooters booked is equal to the number of adults who have booked.
To respect the departure time of the tours it is necessary to arrive at least 20 minutes before. In the summer months, long queues are created to access the archaeological area, therefore it is necessary to arrive well in advance.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund

The operator of the scooter tour was lovely, but she (and us—two women in their seventies) decided we were not safe to drive a scooter on the uneven ground. We ended up paying a lot of money and were only able to ride the shuttle to part of the area. Again, this was not her fault—just don’t book the tour unless you are used to electric scooters or are in good shape.

Perfect 2 hour tour of Valley of Temples on a hot afternoon ! Claudio our guide was knowledgeable, humorous, safety conscious (assessing our ability after a lesson on how to use the electric scooters, providing a bike helmet)
We were lucky to be just 2 so it was a private tour! We managed to see the large expanse of Greek treasures in the park which is spread across a huge area. Since it was very hot we were glad to ride along the pathways feeling a bit of breeze, with stops at all the key sights, time to put down kickstand and stroll or walk around!. So many Greek temples and artefacts. He also helped us download more detailed explanations on our phones.
We really enjoyed our afternoon with Claudio ! The scooters were in good shape & easy to use.

It was a great experience with Katarina. However the tourist crowds were very challenging especially when all of them walk along the path spread out throughout. One suggestion is that a scooter lane could be done to separate the walking crowds from the scooter riders.

A great way to visit the Valley of the Temples. Our guide, Claudio, was really good! He was very informative and engaging; we lucked out with a private tour with him. Would recommend this excursion.

Highlight of our stay in Agrigento, Alessandra was an amazing and knowledgeable guide. She was a student of archeology and had actually worked on restorations in the valley. The scooters were zippy and comfortable with shock absorbers on both front, back wheels and the seat. The sights were breath taking, the whole amount was incredible!! Wow. We ended the 2 hour tour with plenty of scooter battery remaining. This is a must see! Also don’t miss Mary’s Pizza 2.0. Best Pizza on our 2 week trip.

I booked this tour for 3 adults (two middle-aged, one active 77 year old) and 3 11-year-old children. After arriving and a 'test drive' we opted to walk in the park instead of using the scooters as we felt that the children could not be safely accommodated on the scooters. A seated adult should be able to see over the head of the child and have enough strength and balance to manage a child standing balanced in front of them particularly for starting and stopping. The ground is bumpy most of the way and the scooter has a bit of jolt for a pickup even on the lowest speed setting. We were aware of the refund policy, and lost the entire cost of the trip when we requested a refund per the policy stated. I give a one star rating because the information provided ahead of the trip is insufficient - the guide we met seemed like they would have been great if this was a group of individuals who could independently manage their own scooters. I would not recommend this for anyone on anticoagulation, with balance issues in general, or for groups with multiple children. Caution if you are on the fence that experience with a vespa/motorycle may not translate to electric scooters specifically.

Claudio and his friend Giuseppe were excellent guides. We discovered that tour is primarily intended to be transportation only, with your commentary being listened to on the audio guide you can rent at the entrance. However Claudio offered to be our “unofficial” tour guide and he was excellent Funny and personable and gave us a nice commentary on the local life and culture of Agrigento as well. We highly recommend this tour!

Cloudio was a great host who led our journey on the scooters to see these amazing ruins. The only detail we would change are the directions to the meeting point which is in fact closer to the Juno temple. Plan extra time in getting there with this in mind and you will have a great time like we did !

We had a great time with Claudio. He was friendly and patient. The scooters allowed us to see so much in a short period of time. Our 4 pm tour in March allowed us to see some of the temples after the lights came on , which was particularly beautiful.
