Husband and I did the Organic Summer Package at the beach during our honeymoon, and the customer service was absolutely amazing. We encountered transportation issues on the morning of our couples massage, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. They graciously delayed our reservation not once, but twice, ensuring that we didn't miss out on our relaxing beach massage. The level of care and flexibility they provided truly exceeded our expectations. Thank you very much!

I came for 1st time to this spa and the service and massage are top. The team is very pleasant and warm, they will make you feel like home.

Amazing isn’t even the word. I found the Flavio Acuna Spa from Tik Tok and I am so glad I decided to go with them. I came to celebrate a nice relaxing start to a 5-day bday celebration and the ladies of Flavio Acuna made the start of our trip so memorable. The massage was amazing, our facial was so nice and we left buttered and relaxed for the week ahead.
Even the little touches like the happy birthday signs, the ballon decor on our beach front treatment cabana…..it was just very thoughtful and didn’t go unnoticed. Thank you again for making my 25th birthday spa experience memorable.

Would highly recommend this experience. You can do it solely, as a couple, or even with friends. I enjoyed the massage with facial on the beach and would do again with no hesitation. It was very relaxing, communication was easy, and service was we amazing!

If I could give this place a six star review I would! On my trip down to Punta Cana, my brother and his girlfriend decided to do a massage in the area with this massage center. When we arrived to this place, and I am sure you will think the same thing-it so serene. If you could paint a picture of Nirvana, well here it is. The staff were very friendly and were quick to get us into a session. The staff are bilingual; I was apprehensive to join my Brother and his girlfriend. Then, I became convinced by the Impression of this place. I received a one hour massage therapy, I have never had a massage before. Here, on the beach, my masseuse gave me a full body massage for an hour- the price was very reasonable, and it was worth every penny! Please, if you are thinking about receiving a phenomenal Massage, go here! My next trip to Punta Cana, I will make sure that this is On my list of things to do

This was my first time going for massage and facial at the beach. It was great experience. My masseuse name was Gomery and she was excellent,friendly.All other staff are all very kind and friendly
Very nice Spa!! Everyone was so nice! Loved every minute! I I highly recommend visiting the spa if you are in Bavaro punta cana. Overall the town and people are lovely!The tea was a plus to the massage

We went for a treatment in their garden, which was super relaxing & personally we preferred it over the beach setup. Maria & Yosmeri we’re amazing. Attention to detail on the session was on point. Will definitely visit again when we return

The only con is they should have a private area on the beach for the beach massages.

Un lugar muy bonito, desde que llamamos para hacer la cita nos atendieron muy bien siempre respondiendo nuestras preguntas y muy amables. Cuando llegamos nuestras terapeutas estaban ya listas y nos dieron una introducción de que necesitábamos y como lo íbamos a hacer. Las dos terapeutas excelentes supieron muy bien que areas del cuerpo tratar. Yo hice masaje y facial y wow. Sin duda regreso. Delicioso y un ambiente tranquilo y muy Jenny precio por lo que recibes. Lo recomiendo muchísimo.
