Everglades National Park & Airboat tour with Roundtrip Transfer

The entire trip was a complete scam. We did not go to Everglades National Park; instead, we were taken to Everglades Holiday Park, which isn't even in the same direction. The address given in the advertisement for the tour was 40001 State Road 9336, Homestead, FL 33034, but the actual address we went to is 21940 Griffin Rd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33332. Viator will not issue a refund, and you will just be treated like a fool.

Gator bites were so good . Very fun and informative tour loved it tour guide was really nice and it was easy to follow instructions

I was given a different address in my trip confirmation email than on y ticket for pickup, bus wasn’t there, no one was picking up when I tried to call, went to the address on my ticket and they were gone. Viator won’t issue a refund.

The airboat, but the trip was advertised as The Everglades National Park whereas we went to Saw Grass Recreational Centre which was very shabby and very few amenities. We were under the impression it would be a national park not a very small centre.

We didn’t see no gators but we did see a huge iguana hanging out on this little island. Maybe with both boats just going around in the same directions scared the gators off or maybe it was just too hot.

It took a seemingly interminable time to 'get going' - late departure, routing deviation to pickup others in downtown Miami on the way. Once at Sawgrass the experience was interesting but not jaw-dropping. The alligator show at the end was a disappointment, the two 'gators were submerged under water the whole time and hard to make out. Also, the driver's microphone didn't work on the bus, at least on the lower level.

The air boat ride was fun, but wish it would have lasted for longer. Unfortunately, the water level was pretty high when we visited, so we only got to see one alligator and the lovely osprey in the trees. The exhibits, presentation and chance to hold onto a little alligator made up for it though. I'd recommend taking this well into the dry season so you have a better chance to see wildlife.

The boat ride was a real disapointment. We were scheduled for an hour and a half ride and we were on the water one half hour. Most of that timed we were setting dead in the water listening to the captian telling us stories. Saw one gator, then turmed around andcwent back to dock. I am 74 years old and was really looking forward to this becsuse it is something i have always wanted to do. Real disappointed. Not worth the money.

1) the trip didn’t take place because the park was closed; however, the website let us register anyway 2) we spent $100 in Uber fee’s getting to the departure point only to find out trip was canceled 3) we were given the option of another trip, it then started raining and the only seating was on the top of the bus, in the rain. This type of service is totally unacceptable.
