Please arrive strictly 10 minutes before your scheduled gondola ride to give yourself enough time to exchange your voucher and board a gondola.
Please note that the number of attractions depends on the option selected. The walking tour i not included in the basic 1-hour option.
The gondola can accommodate 5-6 people so larger groups will be split or we will book a traghetto ride for you. The gondolier will choose a seat for every passenger.
Gondoliers do not approve of visitors eating or drinking in their gondolas. It is also not advisable to ask them to perform a serenade without a prior agreement and an additional fee.
We recommend bringing an umbrella for your gondola ride to hide from the rain or strong sunshine. In case of exceptionally bad weather or exceptionally high/low tide, your ride will be postponed to the next day or refunded.
The 2,5-hour option includes a 2-hour walking tour. For the comfort of all guests, it is best to have 1 licensed guide per maximum of 25 guests. If there are 26-50 people in your group, we will provide the service of 2 licensed guides so that all guests can get the best experience, ask questions and hear the guide well.
